Sellteck definitely deserves a 5/5 star review from me. I rarely write reviews, but from their telephone to in person customer service, overall I felt I received quality service. I was looking for a cheap but reliable place downtown Toronto to fix my completely shattered iPhone 5c screen. I went to Sellteck after reading other Yelp reviews about them in comparison to other places. There was 2 nice guys working there when I arrived, and although one was already helping another customer, the other quickly responded to fixing my screen. We made friendly conversation during my wait time. I was shocked that it literally took less than 10 mins to fix the screen and add a screen protector. I was also given a receipt for 30 days in case there were any issues after the repair. I fixed my screen, got a glass protector, and a more protective phone case for $100 flat. I also got a good referral to someone they work with who does MacBook repairs as well. Overall I'm extremely pleased with both the quality of service and the price that I paid. read more

Seriously as good as they get! I have always received on-the-spot service, extremely quick (within minutes!) and does it right in front of me. I've always been afraid that repair stores will switch out manufacturer parts for counterfeit parts but not Nima and not at Sellteck! I'm constantly in a rush and every time Nima has been able to accommodate my requests, and the price is very reasonable. I use to go to another repair shop for Apple products but their pricing was almost twice as much. That's when I found Sellteck and gave it a shot. It's been almost a year since I found the place and today, my boyfriend needed his phone fixed and was equally as impressed with the service as I was. A medic disguised as a techie with psychic powers is what I kept calling the man who fixed my broken phone. Everything is cool - his store, his gadgets and the man,himself. Thanks to the positive reviews here, I discovered the place and got my phone's cracked screen and LCD fixed right before my eyes. He first changed to a new screen which unfortunately had a (thin, very minute) scratch on it and when he noticed it after, he readily agreed to change it once again with another one- for no extra fee. I mean I would have barely noticed it there and he could have easily ripped me off. Hence this heartfelt review. I highly recommend this store for everything related to mobile phones. read more

Service was quick and fair prices. But customer service was top notch. Went in to replace iPhone 7 screen for $160 and was in/out in 20-30 minutes. Wasn't able to tell right away but when I went home, I realized the screen was not an Apple screen and called them the next morning to inquire. They apologized and told me to come back that day to inspect and replace. When I returned, they told me that they did in fact receive the wrong product and were very apologetic. Was able to reinstall an Apple screen right away and threw in a complimentary glass screen protector for the inconvenience. Fabulous fast friendly service which I really appreciated in this time of lock down frustration. Nima had repaired my phone for me in the past so I went back to get my iphone 6s battery replaced as it was failing. I was able to trade in the older iphone for credit on a new phone which was a great. He threw in some extra accessories with no extra charge. Great friendly help and service. In and out within 15 minutes. Very helpful and dog friendly place if you have a pooch. Highly Recommended! read more

After cracking the glass of my Note II, I took a look at Yelp and decided to call Sellteck. The price I was quoted to replace the glass was WAY less than I expected and I was told it would take about 2 hours to fix, so I dropped off my phone while I visited the hospital. Really glad I went with Sellteck! I was told there would be a chance of the touchscreen not working perfectly afterward, but I haven't noticed any difference - everything's working perfectly! read more

My phone was being sketchy about charging, this was the place closest to my house. I called before they opened and didn't leave a message but they called me back anyway. I brought my phone in, the tinkered with it, cleaned it, and tested it, and I left with a fixed phone. They also gave me some general advise on how to prolong the life/health of my phone, but we're by no means pushy. Overall a seamless and easy experience. read more

Went into Sellteck tonight with my broken iPhone 5C - not only did they fix my screen, but gave me a glass screen protector and phone case. All that for 100$, and the actual repair took literally 3 minutes. I was happily blown away at the speed and quality of the service. Absolutely pleased with my experience at SELLTECK! Got my phone unlocked, a case for it, and my SIM card cut all for $40 (cheaper than just unlocking my phone at Rogers). It took a couple days for me to receive the unlock code but I'm sure it was just a minor miscommunication as it's only supposed to take 6-12 hours. I'll be back! read more

I needed the camera cover and screen replaced on my Samsung Galaxy s5. I managed to arrive shortly before they were closing. The 2 guys working were very friendly and helpful.
