Nope! Don't do it. I should've known better the minute I walked into this office. Unprofessional. The receptionist "probably the dentist wife" was watching a foreign tv episode on her phone super loud. I was not greeted. The office is outdated with old equipments and tools. There was rust on the dental tool plate and everything did not look throughly cleaned and sanitized. The Dentist was dry, not friendly or almost as if he didn't even want to be there in the first place, like he hates his job. I explained about a toothache and the dentist looked at it and said we'll see if you can get enough money from your insurance. He left me there with no other directions. I went to the front desk and stood there like a clueless fool. They didn't give me any information or follow up appointments. I was in shock by the dentist statement about my private insurance and the lack of professionalism from the staff. It's been a month and I still haven't got a call back for any information, they definitely not care for their clients. I'm surprised by how long they've been in business, however I can guarantee they are NOT getting my and family/friends business. This is a small town and word spreads easily. Please do better if you're going to choose a career that requires bedside manner and healthcare of other humans. Just terrible. *updated: 11/13/24 @ 11:27am The owner was quick to respond to my review yet I never got a call about any follow up appointments after they took my insurance information. Yes, I was a new patient for a consult there a month of go that's why I'm writing this review to warn another potential patients of your bad service. Not sure what's going on with these Yelp reviews... just wanted to say we had the best service at Sunshine Dental. Called the office today (Friday) at 11:15am requesting an ASAP appointment for dental pain. Dr. Sandhu and his wife were able to schedule us for 1pm. My husband hates going to the Dentist, but swears that this was the best experience he has ever had. Said the lidocaine injections didn't hurt one bit. And his procedure, which was left quadrant deep cleaning was completely tolerable. Wish I could say it was painless but I don't think those are ever gonna be painless for him. I can say that he will definitely be back. We found our new family dentist. Thank you Sunshine Dental! read more

This place is the worst place ever. If you want to leave here with broken, chipped teeth because they are watching tv instead of paying attention, then this is your place. Or even leaving broken metal in one's mouth because of their lack of skill and care! I've never experienced a place with such low standards in my life. I will continue to warn people about this place and their failure to maintain simple safety. A law suit is sure headed their way soon. read more

I write this review because I'm surprised at the negative reviews. The reviews don't sound like the place I go. The place is clean, and sterile in fact. The doctor is considerate, thorough, and very knowledgeable. The office staff is friendly (I think the office staff is newer than the reviews). I have had a lot of work done at this office, and all of it has been excellent. It started with a tooth infection. Now I go for cleanings, checkups, and crowns. I'm also having a tooth implant. will not return again. I went to his office due to positive feedback. The office is clean and nice. The front desk and staff are very friendly. However, the doctor seems rush and doesn't spend time with his patient. I went there twice and I feel like he just try to get rid of me each time I went there. I knew he is busy, but spend little time with patient is very important. I didn't get any information from him at all. He let his assistant get me ready and I wait at my chair next to him for 45 min while he is helping another patient. Finally my turn, but he spend 5-10 min, then done! He didn't give me at advise or information, turn around talk to his assistance, then left back to his next patient. I was standing there confused. I was done??!! He did cleaning but I did not feel my teeth clean at all. I would do better job at home with my toothbrush. He supposed to do cap on my teeth, but no one follow up with him at all for 6 month, I called them back and ask, they told me my insurance never response them; I told them to sent the request to my insurance again.
