When I expressed concerns about the final result, I was told everything "would settle" instead of a reassessment. After my braces came off, I was only seen by assistants, not the orthodontist. When I mentioned that something felt off and that my teeth seemed to be shifting, my concerns were dismissed rather than properly addressed. The retainers provided are extremely thin and fragile. They crack very easily, and I've had to return multiple times for replacements. Each replacement costs $20, and turnaround time for an appointment isn't always quick. Given how flimsy the retainers are, they don't provide the level of stability you would expect or need after orthodontic treatment, even with consistent wear. I asked to purchase a backup pair since they break so often, but I was told that wasn't allowed. When I raised concerns about relapse, instead of offering a small correction, I was encouraged to start full braces again, the most expensive option. There was no discussion of minor or conservative adjustments. Two years later after braces, my teeth have shifted significantly. In my experience, the retention plan and aftercare did not prioritize long-term stability. Retention is critical after braces. Once the active treatment was completed and paid for, the long-term follow-through was not a priority. I am now having to pay out-of-pocket elsewhere to correct shifting that a stronger retention plan could have prevented. If you choose this office, ask detailed questions about their retention protocol and long-term follow-up before committing. I would recommend choosing a provider who takes that phase seriously.

Yes she did tell me things but that's not how it ended. The call ended with a different result which wasn't noted. Unfortunately I got a pass to use for a few years so I have no option to go elsewhere. Not very happy with how that interaction went. I did, and was able to opt out of my right to take them to court them if something went wrong (why would anyone do that, but i can see why they ask), and the standard disclaimers when you get major surgery. I have been ashamed to smile for the past 30 years. It wasn't a big deal when I was young and good looking, but time changes stuff, and now i'm old and my amazing good looks are not enough to counter things like 2 big ugly teeth in the front of your face...it really stifles your self confidence. These people dug right in there and took care of business. I had 5 upper implants installed and 5 teeth removed. You would think that with such an invasive surgery that you would be sore for days or weeks, but that wasnt the case. I had a headache the first night and no to very little pain and i have healed perfectly...I'm 55 too, but they did such a great job, the healing is quick. I heal quick anyway so all the better. I haven't got my final implants yet, but they did make me a temporary denture so can eat and i can see what my teeth will look like and WOW!. So happy! I spent $1200 on veneers and i was never happy with them because they look so phoney. I'm still not done yet and things could change, but so far the Dr.s and assistants that work for them are top of the line and i recommend them highly. I'm a very skeptical person and do my research as well. Even the cleaning they did was the best cleaning I have ever had...My teeth actually looked clean! Anyway, I'm not done yet, but so far, it's great and I'm really happy with everything. I should be getting my finished implants in June, and i will be doing a follow up. So if you didn't get it, I highly recommend them (so far). My only complaint is that I wish they would get their website together so you can manage your account.

He did too many fillings in one day & on paper work they report the fillings as if they are done on separate days. Now today, a week later after we reported this incident I received a call from the office telling me that they now refuse to see me & my husband at this office..... because why? Because you guys did a poor job & I complained? I never planned on coming back after that day anyways, but too direct the blame towards me & refuse service? Do you not want to face the mistakes you made ? Im reporting it all to the dental board now after this. ,,,, since writing this review they have rescheduled 3 appointments for me without talking with me. I try to call the office and do not get any answer. The fillings they did on my husband are now falling out & causing him severe pain on top of all this. Go anywhere but here for your dental work. Supervisor called to apologize and offered me a gift card next time we came in. Never got the gift card and then had to sit and wait again for my child to be seen. VERY long waits. Your time is NOT important to them. Definitely go elsewhere! My child will not be going there for his 2nd phase. The manager even told me they know the waiting time is an issue and they're working on it. (Doesn't seem like anything has changed). We are definitely not the only ones who have complained about this. We chose to take my other child to a different orthodontist since dealing with unique and it is a night and day difference. We will never return here. They also have a sign at the front that if you leave a good review you get a Starbucks gift card.
