After getting quotes from 3 different places, I was glad I picked SEMINOLE AUTO GLASS. Their front office staff are not only friendly but knowledgeable in assessing glass chips and windshields! They schedule clients TIMELY so your wait is minimal plus you can help yourself to complimentary chips & water while relaxing on either of their comfy couches. And of course, last but not least, the owner did my repairs . He explained the chip repair process and timing and took my Honda CRV. He was done before I knew it! Now my windshield looks good as new and he did a great job! (Note: other chip repair places said I'd clearly see the chip after repair, which I've never been able to see it in the past. Called Seminole Auto Glass about replacing my windshield. Spoke with nice person who took all of my information and was going to call me back with estimate. Never got a call back. I left messages and never got a reply! So, I called Glass Pro Shop. They were awesome. Called me back immediately and set up an appointment within a couple of days. Nevermind the cheesy adaptation of "Seminole Wind" on their webpage, Seminole Glass are some real professionals that offer great prices and local accessibility. After a piece of door glass on my car received damage on the Interstate, I contacted several companies around Tallahassee for quotes. The worst was Safelite. I could hear the call rerouting from the local number I dialed to a call center somewhere. They wanted to know everything but my blood type before even giving me a quote. "For my convenience to save the quote" they told me. Bull. I don't want you to have my first AND last name, address, telephone number, and home address BEFORE I agree to do business with you. I was on the phone with them for about 10 minutes. Then I called Seminole Glass. First time went to voicemail, but I tried again, and a nice person answered and asked the relevant questions. Within a minute or two I had a quote, plus it was a little over $100 cheaper than Safelite. Yes! I went ahead and scheduled an appointment. They arrived in the timeframe described, did a good job on the glass (can't tell it's ever been replaced), and it cost exactly what they had told me on the phone. Bravo! Now let's hope I don't have to use their services again any time soon!! read more

Saved my weekend and maybe even my month. I unfortunately broke a window in my work vehicle two days ago and was facing a busy fully booked next couple days of which I was going to need the vehicle and the appearance to be all in working order and copacetic. They were super fast in their response timing to my calls and questions, They were super flexible in location of repair and without even me asking for a price break or anything they simply flat out crushed the quote of all the other companies I called. The best part is that they were able to fix my window a day early and saved me a weekend full of having to work around and deal with my need for repair. Would not deal with Seminole Auto Glass again. They sent their tech to the wrong address after claiming we were not home. Would not come and fix glass after I told them they sent their tech to the wrong address. They would not pick up their phone, had to message them. Not worth the trouble. read more

Did not try to remedy the problem in any way or communicate appropriately so I could arrange or seek other options in a timely manner. I do not reccomend these degenerates. read more

Instead of giving away gas cards and radio advertising, Seminole Auto Glass should focus on answering their phone. For 3 days I have attempted to make contact with the Tallahassee location. I called, left a message as instructed, called from my office phone, sent a text message and tried the Panama City number. I received no call back, no one answered, no return text. Shame on you. If you can't answer the phone, I can hardly trust you to install my windshield. I am a huge advocate of supporting local businesses, it's too bad I was forced to use Safelite. The human response I received from a national company on my first call made for a much more pleasant experience. read more

Good luck getting them to call you back. I talked to Sara twice about getting a price quote for windows and she never called me back. I called several more times with no answer. Left messages and no one bothered to call. I guess they don't need the business. Went to Safelite. They did great and exceeded my expectations. Completely and utterly shocked by their disrespect and mistreatment towards me as a customer. They replaced my windshield in late July and a mere three weeks later a stress fracture crack appeared near the top right. Unfortunately since I was unable to physically go back to them because I had moved back home to Virginia during that span of time, I had to immediately (the next day after the crack appeared) get that windshield replaced in order to pass a Virginia state inspection. In Virginia every registered vehicle must pass a state inspection or you are legally not allowed to drive that vehicle. I have to drive to work so it was not an option to not have a legally drivable vehicle and since I have a 45 minute commute the possibility of using public transportation was also not an option. I than called them the very same day I had to have the replacement and explained to them the situation. I very politely offered to send them numerous photographic evidence of the crack and the receipt for the new windshield. I asked for a full refund to the amount I paid for the windshield they installed. They responded that they "would get back to me". That was August 12th, it is now August 30th and I have barely heard more than a few words from them. Since that day I have sent them numerous emails and called almost daily for a response. All I have received is one response to one email: "Have patience." They have literally ignored every phone call and every other email that they have received from me. I am disgusted by their behavior and clear lack of common customer service business practices. read more
