Way too many days went by of no communication as to when coming back. Two times reached out to correct invoice & show paid in full. Both times, she'll get on that right away. Never did. He said she said a message was left. No voicemail from him. They offered to return. I said thanks but no thanks. He was hard at working. Fast & ready to leave with the cash. Wasn't a full days work.

Quote range was $4500 - $5800 On the Sales side: The Fence Outlet sales person was great. Tyler, I think, was his name and he had no issue going to my house while I wasn't there (with my permission of course) and doing the quote and leaving it at the door. I got 5 quotes and, while they were mostly the same price, Fence Outlet came in slightly less. Even better, their price for Vinyl was only a couple of hundred dollars more than all wood and way less than everyone else's Vinyl fence prices. I went to the Oviedo office the day after my quote and signed an agreement and gave a deposit. That part was very easy. 5 Stars Service from the Office: The office staff are really great people. Cassandra is the main person I dealt with and she was extremely friendly and professional. Not everything went smoothly, though. My permit request wasn't put in for two weeks after they said they put it in and I had to call them a lot to find out why I wasn't getting a permit. I was told to aim for approx "3 weeks" but it was closer to 5. In their defense, I got this fence in the busy season so I'm sure things were hectic. My experience with Kathleen for the scheduling was very smooth and she got me scheduled as quickly as she could once my permit was issued. 4 Stars Installation: The guys showed up a couple of hours late but I did get a call well before hand informing of the delay. The installers showed up and got started but left early because they said they didn't have all the parts they needed. They said they'd finish up in the morning and that I didn't need to be there for that part. I was super skeptical though and was very delighted to come home the next day to a completed fence. They did an excellent job, although, they left some trash including rusted nails in my drive way and a piece of aluminum that would have easily destroyed my tire had I ran over it. But the install was great otherwise and the fence looks nice. 4 Stars Overall, this is a great company to do business with. Set some proper expectations and realize there are a lot of moving parts and I think you'll be very satisfied with Fence Outlet. I think the one main variable is the installers. While mine worked out fine, I know that contractors can be hit-or-miss so this could make an otherwise great experience into a bad one.

My fence looks amazing and it's so seamless, I quite literally can't tell where the gaps were. I recommend this company over and over! We had a vinyl fence installed recently at our new home. I would have loved to give them more stars…read morefor a review, however there were a few issues that shouldn't have been issues at all. First- customer service and beginning of the process was very good. From the quote to the install was pretty good. The quote- we received a couple different quotes for two different types of fences. We had large bushes that would need to be trimmed back. The team had a guy come out to find the survey pegs. He said they trim them bushes all the time. I was told only thing on the bushes that would be extra outside of the quote would be to have them hauled away. We opted to dispose of them ourselves. - in the end they added $80 to the invoice for the trimming. I told them they should have included that when they came out. The install- the day of the install nobody showed up. Nobody called. My wife waited half a day and called. They said they were running behind and would call right back. Nobody ever called. Install day- showed up after calling and install began. We have irrigation and the installers installed on the front of the sprinkler heads. Would recommend that they check that prior to installing in the future. A little old lady is not going to be able to tell the installers where all her irrigation heads are. Fence was completed with the exception of two panels which had to be completed after inspection. Called about 4 days after to find when the inspector would be coming. Was told the permit would be hung and inspection on Thursday or Friday. Saturday came and Sunday came and nothing. Allied the Tuesday after and was told they would schedule its finally Friday came and the inspection was done. Was told they would finish the panels on Saturday. Saturday came and nobody showed. Called next week and finally got a response. Overall the fence is a fence and it works. The communication of this company is terrible. If someone is gonna be late or not show, call the customer, instead of the customer having to keep calling And quote for the price based on the job instead of raising the price when complete.
