They never did which means they stole the car and now they're in trouble with, police, court, and mayor. Stay away from them. They will involve you in litigating and waste your money and time. This is a man that cares about his work & his customers…read more I've lived in the Boise area since March & not one friend could give me the name of a trustworthy reasonable mechanic. I tried using Yelp to help find a shop that had high ratings & mostly positive reviews. I had a shop (Walter @ Mac's Automotive) convince me that replacing my rear end assembly instead of rebuilding the differential would be more cost-effective due to labor & parts. Initially quoted me $2300 ($1700 for the rear end) + $500 for 2 sensors that had to be replaced (told me that I had to do all 4). Ended up having Scott tow my truck from that shop to his & I told him what The prior shop had told me. To my surprise, Scott came back that same day quoting me $1300 for the rebuild. Then he mentioned the sensors & expressed their importance but I didn't have to do all 4. All said & done........$1655 out the door! Thank God For Perfection Drivetrain!

(On Friday, Larry Weller said he'd at least pay any deductibles.) they refused to provide their insurance information and told me to have my agent call them. they refused to give my agent their insurance information, saying " sue me" and told him to call their attorney, but hung up without providing their attorney name. no matter who's at fault, it's customary to exchange insurance information. I wonder if their insurance has lapsed. Will add to review as incident proceeds, they have a page at the secretary of state, but not at the BBB. It's a shame I have to give them even 1 star to post my review.
