My doctor prior to seeing Jennifer had to close the facility in Rock Hill during Covid and maintained his office in Fort Mill. He wasn't able to transfer patients so this is how I reached out to Jennifer. I have been seeing Jennifer for about 2 years. I was already diagnosed and my medications were on track prior to visiting her. At the beginning to the end my visit with Jennifer it never lasted over 10 minutes. I would express things going on in my life she would always refer me to a different doctor. After the beginning of this year during my visit with Jennifer once again received a referral as I was telling her how I was doing. She filled my meds for 6 months and scheduled my next appointment for 6 months. As this was the norm for the past 2 years. As a person you become to know your body and mind. I knew I was overwhelmed and needed a doctor that would listen to me and not give me a referral. I reached out to my prior doctor. He was able to receive a new patient. I am so thankful!!!! At my first visit with him and being allowed to talk and discuss how I was doing. Having a back and forth conversation. Dr. -- tweaked my medications. If Jennifer would have taken the time to listen and not refer me. Stop treating me as a 10 minute patient, maybe just maybe she would have realized what was happening with my medicines. I thought in her medical field she was to listen and understand the person in order to help them. Please when searching for a doctor in any field of medicine please read the reviews. Reviews are very important whether positive or negative.

I called ahead of my first appointment today to let them know I would be less than 10 minutes late…read more the receptionist said that if I'm more than 5 minutes late they would reschedule. I told her I had exactly 7 minutes left on my GPS after driving an hour to be there. she placed me on hold, came back and said that should be fine just get here. I walked in at 7 minutes past my appointment time, and the doctor refused to see me. More than overwhelmed, I started to cry and the receptionist looked nothing short of annoyed with me. they would not refund my $125 deposit for the appointment. they have an $85 reschedule fee for being more than 5 minutes late. If you plan to see this doctor, make absolutely SURE that nothing out of your control keeps you from being there exactly on time or you will be treated horribly.

Everyone there is extremely polite, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain every product they're putting on your skin. One thing I really love is that they customize facials based on the season. Our skin changes throughout the year, especially if you have sensitive skin like me, so I appreciate that they focus on products that actually help your skin improve and stay healthy. I have pigmentation on my skin, so I decided to upgrade my membership to the $299 package, and honestly I think it's a great price for everything they do and use during the treatments. I can already feel and see the difference in my skin. Jordan, who does my facials, is amazing, and Devon, who does the pigmentation procedures, has also been incredible. I can't say enough good things about this place. It's super clean, professional, welcoming, and very understanding. I consistently book my facials with Mark because he is very knowledgeable and really takes the time to understand my skin and what it needs. Mark does microderm every time I come in since the skin resurfacing benefits my skin. Microderm is typically an additional cost when you get a facial elsewhere, so getting it done monthly as part of the standard rate for Glo facials is amazing. Mark has also recommended Glo products for me to purchase, so I can up my home skincare game. I look forward to every visit to see what the theme will be! Favorites have been matcha, watermelon, and apple. And there are typically decorations and candy at the reception to go along with the theme - how sweet! Facials are always relaxing and rejuvenating, and I love the music they play as well. I recently added on the Tox subscription, so now I book my tox appointment every 3-4 months after a facial. I love that they offer both of these services here so that everything I'm doing to my skin is under one roof, and they can complement and inform each other.

Unfortunately there isn't an official Yelp page for the 7th St location. Fortunately for me I received a referral from a co-worker to see PA Rudd. I can't begin to tell you how good she is at her job, but i'll try. Initially I was nervous because I had two dermatologist in Charlotte prior, and they both suffered from the same assembly line style rushed consultation and appointments. I would sit there after waiting however long, and when I was finally seen I never felt comfortable or understood. My questions would often go unanswered just from the sheer quickness of the checklist style in and out from the doctor. Ultimately I always felt like I was wasting my time, and money...but on to the good news. Immediately Natasha comes in with open ears, and a world of knowledge. I had several questions, some I tried to answer for myself by doing research. Not just the wbMD quick google search, but a "deep dive". Natasha quickly debunked any and all misinformation I had gotten off the internet, or even through past dermatologist. She presented me with facts, but also several solutions.
