I have a dark complexion and was fearful of burns, so I did a lot of research before settling on Ultimate Image. They use a Gentle YAG Pro-U machine and I've had no issues. After the very first appointment I didn't have any hair growth in the treated areas for over 5 weeks! Definitely worth the price to give razors a break. The office is pristine, and they are timely with appointments so if you're running late, you'll likely be rescheduled. I loved the woman who did my first appointment (Krysta!) but unfortunately I have been assigned to other technicians for each of my subsequent appointments. That's been the only downer, but everyone who has worked on me is competent. My laser experience has been great and my sis started getting services here also and raves about the hydra facials. She was super attentive to me. I had some scabs on my legs and she made sure to avoid it, because she didn't want the laser to target the darker pigment on the scab. Prahb was constantly checking up on me, making sure that the laser wasn't too strong and making sure that I wasn't in any pain. I also saw some progress from my 1st treatment. Some of my leg hairs were noticeably thinner, and some were growing at a shorter rate than others. Overall, great experience and I will make sure to update whenever I come for my next treatment.
