I would like to start by saying that my experience started well and pleasant at the beginning, but slowly started dwindling. The process took over two years with a very bad result at the end, which basically nothing changed, and I still had to pay a huge amount in taxes . It was constantly going back and forth. They would ask for the same documentation over and over again, which was delaying the entire process which the entire time they would blame on the IRS and at the end of the day I don't know who was telling the truth, but it was an overall good experience at the beginning, and a horrible experience towards the end.
