We are a small to mid-size California contractor and during our initial years we encountered some financial challenges for our day to day operations. I would like to start by saying that my experience started well and pleasant at the beginning, but slowly started dwindling. The process took over two years with a very bad result at the end, which basically nothing changed, and I still had to pay a huge amount in taxes . It was constantly going back and forth. They would ask for the same documentation over and over again, which was delaying the entire process which the entire time they would blame on the IRS and at the end of the day I don't know who was telling the truth, but it was an overall good experience at the beginning, and a horrible experience towards the end. The worst tax company I've dealt with. I paid my invoice in full to Semper Tax Relief and after they received my payment it seems as though they stopped working on my file or they keep pushing it back. Over the course of 2 years, I have to continuously call, text, and send email asking for the details regarding my accounting/books on my taxes. I get tons of excuses, returned calls from incompetent employees or receptionist not knowing why I am trying to contact them. It would be nice if they read my text or emails and provided all the details that I requested for instead of returning my call and being clueless as to why I am trying to contact them.
