If I could give 6 stars I would! I've been seeing Dr. Segal for over two years now, and I can honestly say this is the best dental office I've ever been to. From the moment you walk in, Ashley and David at the front desk make you feel genuinely welcomed. They're always kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. As for Dr. Segal, he genuinely cares about his patients, and it shows in the time he takes and his gentle approach. He re did all of my veneers, which was not a simple task. I was terrified of the pain, and he did everything possible to make sure I felt zero of it. They came out beautifully! One of the best doctors & staff I have ever seen. Even though I was beyond impressed during my first visit which was just a standard cleaning, they went truly above & beyond when I came to them in tears because of a botched veneer job of which I was foolish enough to do with a crap dentist. This was the worst experience I've had following a dental filling. I received a local injectable anesthetic for the procedure, which made it difficult to open my mouth afterward, and I experienced neck pain following the injection. Dr. Semyon Segal is great and listens to any concerns you may have. I came to his office in July 2022 and he did a thorough exam and has good manners. Unfortunately, I did not have the best time with the dental hygienist. Like some other reviews state, she was very rough with the cleaning and gave me a slightly traumatizing experience. No joke, I did hours of research on my next dentist because I didn't want to experience this again. I also have tooth sensitivity and not once did she ask about my concerns there before we began cleaning. I would recommend going to another dentist if cleaning if your biggest priority. However, I will say the office is modern and clean and they let you fill out forms on an iPad which was neat. Beware that parking is also about $20 in the garage unless you can find street parking beforehand. read more

Dr. Park was great, but the hygienist was not-so-great! I wanted to give 2.5 stars because of the hygienist was very rough with my cleaning. Luckily, Dr. Park went above and beyond and saved the day, so I had an overall positive experience. First, I had routine cleaning and x-rays done. The tech explained everything thoroughly and was very welcoming and nice. Then the female hygienist came and the mood shifted. She was very unprofessional and abrupt. She did not explain anything. I had the most uncomfortable cleaning and she was very rough. I told her my gums felt a bit painful and she ignored me. The dental suction was not angled properly in my mouth and the saliva was just collecting in the back of my throat and overfilling. I felt saliva running down my face and into the back of my neck. I brought this to her attention and she just used my bib to wipe it off. The dental suction still was not working properly and the rinse water was collecting in the back of my mouth, eventually making me cough. The hygienist looked at me disgustingly and in an annoying tone told me to close my mouth. I've never had such an uncomfortable experience getting my teeth cleaned! Then the hygienist informed me that my gums were inflamed and needed a special medicated rinse. She handed me the break down of the service cost. I told her I didn't want to do it because it would cost out-of-pocket $180. She had a judgmental tone and said, "Are you sure? Your gums are inflamed. Okay well it's your choice!" Dr. Park is the main reason why I am giving this place 4 stars! I could tell she truly cares about her patients and goes above and beyond. She was very professional. I told her I was losing my dental coverage and moving out of the area so I could not come back to get my cavity filled. Even though the office was short staffed, she decided to fix my cavity on the same visit. I saw she was very busy and seemed to be only dentist working that day. The Experience: I have never had such a pleasant taste left in my mouth after visiting the dentist (pun not intended). Dr. Segal is charismatic, knowledgeable, and SO EASY TO WORK WITH! The experience I had here felt less like a visit to the dentist and more like when you get your first car and your older cousin takes care of you with tinted windows, the best air freshener, a Bose sound-system, and connects you to the best places to do all of your service. What made this all so? Quality care and quality materials. From the dental chairs, which felt like they were stripped from a Mercedes S-Class, to the soft gloves, everything Dr. Segal uses is premium! The Work Done: I came in to get a cleaning - I left having taken care of issues that have been unresolved since I was a preteen. X-Rays done, painlessly and in no time by the dental hygienist, Joy. Then my cleaning - I was treated quickly, with NO PAIN, as well as educated on what is causing my recent plaque build-up, as well as what to avoid as I grow into my older age. Then, my bicycle-injury-chipped-front-tooth has been discolored since I was 12 years old - Dr. Segal filled my wear-facets and gave me a crown to cover my fake, yellowed tooth. My teeth are finally all the same shade of white! I feel amazing. I have already referred all of my family to Dr. Segal, as this guy is ONE-OF-A-KIND! I don't usually leave Yelp review but this place is a scam to me. 1st visit in 2021: Dr. Esther was super nice and she did my teeth cleaning well. However, I was informed that I got 6 tooth cavities and had to get the fillings done ASAP. The staff had checked with my insurance that 50% of my total cost will be covered. Thus, I went ahead and did all the fillings. I received a call after a month saying that only two fillings would be covered even though they have communicated with my insurance already. I ended up paying $1400 out of pocket. 2nd visit in 2023: Even though my first visiting experience didn't go well, I have decided to give it another chance since Dr. Esther did a really good job. So I went ahead and made an appointment for the teeth cleaning service. When I stepped into the room, I was shocked that it was not Dr. Esther. Instead, Dr. Jessica did my teeth cleaning. She was being very unprofessional and super unfriendly. "How Often should I floss my teeth?" "Well, depends on how many teeth you want to keep and you can pick which one you want to keep as well." She was also complaining how bad the weather was and she just wanted to get off ASAP and go home while cleaning my teeth. All my tooth were so painful while she was cleaning them and all of the water/ cleaning liquid splashed all over my face during the process. I feel like this experience is super unprofessional. I was also charged $180 to get the anti inflammatory medicine or something after my teeth cleaning. I just feel like I got scammed. When I got home, I checked my receipt. The staff told me that I have to pay Tax, however, it's actually the credit card convenient fee. I've also called the dental office 2 weeks ago to get my prescribed toothpaste refilled. I told them explicitly that I want the kind and brand that I'm using right now. However, they prescribed a different brand ones for me. I think all the new staffs do not know what they're doing at all. I don't think I'll ever come back again and it's so sad that it seems they have a new team now. read more

Agatha took the time to answer any question, whether it was the dentist's office lingo or specifics about the procedures. I was lucky to have her; she assuaged the nervousness I felt on the way in. Considering my intense schedule and the numerous procedures, Tiffany went above and beyond. She coordinated ten procedures across three appointments in one month while ensuring I got the best deal from insurance. Dr. Memarian was just as great as the rest. She checked in constantly throughout the procedure to ensure my comfort and explain what she was doing. It was like having a lesson and a procedure done all in the same hour. I LOVE MY VENEERS! Initially, I was seeing a different doctor-who does my regular cleaning, but he told me what I wanted was impossible to do, and it wouldnt look good. in retrospect, he just wanted to make more money off me, then my friend referred me Dr. Semyon's office, and he listened to my thoughts and conerns then came up with a master plan that catered to me. He and the amazing nurse Aghata, did such a wonderful job. They always make me feel comfortable. I didnt have to do any numbing and the results with exactly what I envisioned from the start! SUPER CLEAN, SUPER NATURAL. you cant even tell. Not to mention, they have the lab in the building so the process was easy breezy. To start off.... BEST CLEANING I HAVE EVER HAD! I have always avoided having to go to the dentist because I have a very small mouth and just getting X-rays and getting tools inside my mouth have always been painful. Not to mention my gums have always been bleeding like crazy. I get so sore after every appointment. I loved coming to see Jessica at the office. My teeth have never been so clean and my oral health has improved so much in the last 6 months. Most all, my mouth didn't feel like it went through a battle after she was done. It was nice! Simply wow! I haven't seen a doctor who would care so much about patients, so he would text us Sunday morning before 8 AM asking if pain went away and if I feel better. Day before that I called with emergency, asking if Doctor could help, since our original doctor won't answer emergency line on Saturday- not only they helped us, but Dr made sure that his assistant called in prescription for us, he called me and asked if they did everything to help us. I would give them zero stars if I could. Found this dentist office off Zocdoc and booked an appointment with them because they accepted my insurance, filled out all the paperwork a week in advanced. Then the day of my appointment they call me to get my insurance information. I sent all of what they asked for and when I arrived they said they couldn't see my dental plan. The receptionist then called my insurance and hung up on him while he was talking and told me I would need to figure it out because "she doesn't have any time for this" and my appointment would be 200$ "and they can refund me at a later date"... like isn't your entire job to figure out the insurance also super frustrating that they didn't figure it out when I sent it and instead told me after I had driven all the way there. Never book with them, rude, unkind, and unhelpful. They also just called after I left this review to argue with me about the situation, basically to get me to delete this review... BEWARE Edit: received a comment from the dentist. This is not what happened and he probably doesn't know because I never met him, yes they offered to comp my service after the review was posted but I will not be accepting it i as most people already have anxiety surrounding the dentist and I don't trust going there even if it is free. read more

I am so impressed with Dr. Memarian and her team, Mike and Carlos! I always try to do my research especially with dentistry. I spoke with Mike who was so informative and very sweet. He made it an ease and was very honest about everything up even to parking! I came into the office and was seen right away although I was a few minutes late. The DA, Brian was really nice and took X-rays of my teeth. I have been afraid because it's been over 2 years since I have seen a dentist assuming I would get so much done. Dr. Memarian observed the X-Rays and told me that everything looked great and the only thing needed was my crown to be replaced eventually but it's not urgent. I was like wait... You're not going to try to push me to get all these things done like what I am used it? She was like no, nothing is wrong. And THAT my friends, blew my mind. She was so informative and I asked a ton of questions that she was impressed that I cared a lot for my teeth but gave me fantastic advice right away. Talk about an expert!
