Seneca Office Products was launched in 1994 by four former employees of three office supply stores which had closed for various reasons. With a combined 27 years of experience, they were able to reinvent the firm bringing today's highly competitive prices to the tried and true full service practices connected to the stores's past

Meet the Business Owner: Lois J.

My name is Lois Jensen. I earned an AAS degree in Secretarial Science from our local junior college. Since graduation, I had worked as an administrative assistant at GTE Sylvania and as a business manager for an animal hospital. In 1994, I was laid off from an office supply store. As luck would have it, I became acquainted with other displaced office supply store employees. We, together, launched Seneca Office Products. Watching three stores close from an employee's perspective, we learned that the way to succeed is to continually reinvent the business in order to adapt to the changing marketplace. I constantly reevaluate everything from products to profit margins to free value added services after the sale. I will also always maintain a customer service standard which we will prove to be simply head and shoulders above all others.
