One of the best parts of their services is that they take the time to try very hard to find the "right" person for your family member, not just anyone available. It was a perfect match and this made all the difference to me and my family. My 104 year old aunt had one main caregiver, but when she needed to have some time off, each person they sent to fill-in was kind and gentle and treated my aunt with the same affection as her regular caregiver. When my aunt eventually needed 24 hour Hospice care, Assisting Hands coordinated and cooperated with Hospice to fill in the time slots Hospice was finding difficult to staff, with one of the owners actually taking a shift herself to be sure my aunt was not alone.
