Until now, Apria still cannot resolve my last December bill and it is now 9 months and they just keep on sending me the same bill to pay even though my said billing statement is still in dispute (regarding my CPAP accessories). I keep on calling Apria not to keep sending me a bill until it gets resolved by my Medicare and my secondary health insurance company, but to no avail. My sleep doctor also heard lots of complaints about Apria from her patients mostly regarding Apria's billing negative practices. I am now getting my merchandize to a different company, as my sleep doctor suggested that I should change to a different company.

My mother lived here for over five years and received wonderful loving care from the two home caregivers that live there round the clock. The home is clean, safe and reasonably priced. My mother had loving care from her caregiver who actually became my mom's friend too. Esther who is the administrator/owner of the home is a registered nurse. Medication disbursement was always safe.
