Meals are varied and change often. however the serving team is more focused on Bubbly Interactions, than giving residents Quality Service. A Teenage server is repeatedly heard on numerous nights barking out "waddaya want" to people waiting on their dinner, The dining room is never prepared, and there are some nights when a resident is completely forgotten: The cooks refuse to do their job until the final second with commitment: The kitchen and Dining room often rushing to close, without actually finishing up the days tasks.

So they do not get bathe'd , fed, or any assistance around the home. They do not check to see if the person shows up at the residence. The only time they know is when they turn in their hours for the week. They do not check to see if the person they're sending is doing their job. They do not call the client and they do not come to the house and monitor what they're doing or speak to the person that they are supposed to be caring for. The person they send usually only does a quarter of what they're supposed to be doing, and the company is not aware because they do not care what is happening to the clients. Very abusive situation that they put the clients in not just one of the people they send out they all have free Rein's to do whatever they want under this company because there's no consequences. Horrible services and abusive regarding not care to the disabled elderly. not one experience .......several . if they have not send any one to a home in day or days or a week and there alone with no assistance classified as abuse . How do they even know if the client is not extremely sick or has passed away? They would never know why the company does not check on their clients that have services.

I would not go back there nor would I recommend it . The $3500.00 fee paid at the beginning was said to be rent however when I ask for it back - it's now a community fee ! The attitude of the staff is troubling. Most are unfriendly, unapproachable, and lack warmth and compassion. My Dad was constantly falling and injuring himself which shows me he was not being watched. I was extremely worried about my father's health and the overall standard of care. He seemed to have declined faster in his dementia at this facility. Once he was moved to another facility, my father is now blossoming. If you care for your loves ones. Don't send them here!!
