Came in to fix a simple old iPhone button because I was getting ready to get rid of it. The click worked fine without the button but with the "repair" they did it's now impossible to get to the Home Screen & in the process they cracked the screen nearly in half. My Daughter has my old phone . For some reason when she talks you can't hear her at all & she can't hear me. So I decided to find the nearest place for HELP. When I came in they were really nice . I told him what was going on & I also told him my daughter screen is black in 1 corner . He told me he will try & fix it when he does the microphone . He guaranteed me that he will fix's my phone or my money back. There prices are very high. I spent $140 for him to fix my microphone that still doesn't work correctly. My total was $120 but he charged me a extra $20 for shipping my phone back to me . Which I came to pick up myself he didn't give me my $20 back. I then called him 3 days later to ask him about the phone he then told me it's ready for pick up . I asked did you fix the screen he said no I didn't. I can try really fast & call you right back . He then called back & told me he fixed it but it will be an extra charge of $75 . I was really upset because when I asked him in the beginning he said he will try and fix it when he is working on the microphone. He NEVER told me I will have to pay more . I then picked up my phone after 3 days of him keeping my phone. Got home a day later the phone started doing the same thing . I called him to let him know he started to disagree with me. Telling me that he did what he was supposed to do . He can try and clean the microphone but I didn't understand why would you not clean it in the beginning. I would give a 3.5 but it won't let me.. experience over all was good and the guy really tried to help me out, he even changed the screen a second time, meaning that it only meant one thing, poor quality screen. good dude but the over all rating had to be quality of the product. I seen great reviews so figured I give them a try. As for my iPhone 7 screen being repaired it was completed rather quickly, with one problem.. as for me it's a pretty big one since I already have pretty bad vision. As I walked out the shop everything seemed ok and as all phones do.. you really can't see the screen when out exposed to the sun. So I waited till I got home.. and it was still the same issue, the screen is very noticeably darker then the original. I understand you're not going to get the same quality but to put things into perspective, if you have all the brightness up it's like being in night mode and if you dim the screen I can assure you will have trouble turning up the brightness as it literally turns pitch black. Customer service was good but if you're looking to get your iPhone 7's screen (at least) repaired.. id think twice.. there's others that do the same repair in town with better quality screens for the same price. UPDATE. So I had to go back for a third time cause I cannot make or receive phone calls..and to my surprise this douche try to blame me for breaking the phone! The phone was in working condition before they swapped out the screen: the. He said "it's not funny cause I wasted my time" what a way to have customer service. This dude is a joke, then he stated "you didn't bring me a new phone" what the hell is that suppose to mean?? I will never step foot in this store again and would give 0 stars if possible. Do not bring your device to this place unless you want it ruined. I had a cracked screen and took it here for it to be replaced. They where very quick with replacing the screen and it looked like new. Then I took my phone home and noticed that I was having a lot of service issues. I was no longer getting service at my house or the entire NW part of town. When I did have service in the valley, it was very few bars and had a lot of drop calls. When I attempted to make a call, it would pop up conditional call forwarding and would let me speak for a few minutes and the call would disconnect. A lot of the phone features related making calls stopped working. I took my phone to ATT they replaced my sim card, checked my service, and reset the setting phone features. They established that it was a problem with the phone, and I needed to take it to an ATT store that had tech. I do not know a lot about phones but thought maybe a wire or antenna came lose when they put my screen back on. I took my phone back to Senor iPhone to see if they could help me figure out the phone, since it stopped working after they worked on it. I dropped it off and a few hours later I was called. They stated that all the connections were good and there was no problem with anything they had done. They stated that it was still giving the conditional call forwarding but was not losing service when they used it. I went and picked up my phone, and then noticed there was a huge crack on the back of the phone by the camera. When I asked what happened to my phone and if they dropped it, they denied and asked if it was like that when I brought it in. I told them no and they proceeded to ask if, I was sure. I told him yes, that I took it out of the case and gave it to them and that the damage was not there before. I told them the crack on the camera glass was previous but the cracking to the phone itself was most definitely new. He said o well when I took the phone apart it was there, and I remember having to be careful when taking the phone apart. Which is it, are you asking me if it was there or are telling me it was there? He said that he doesn't know what happened before he took the phone apart, but it was cracked when he got it. He then said he could ask his manager if they could do an at cost warranty repair. They broke my phone and are now telling me I must pay to have them fix it. I told him no thank you and left the store. When I left the store, I was looking at the crack to see how deep it was and if it was possible to have removed it with the crack. The case is completely shattered through and lodged a piece of glass in my finger. I do not believe these google reviews, because this place is obviously a SHAM. read more

HORRIBLE PLACE! I would not recommend this place at all. I went in to replace my screen since the glass had broke. Everything seemed fine but when I took a closer look you could literally see the adhesive that they used coming out from the side. The glass that is used is bad quality since it has a yellow tint and it's so hard to see out in the sun. When I went back to let them know they said that their screens were not Apple but the "best quality" (spoiler alert they're not) and that they couldn't do anything or fix it and that was the best they could do. Their response was very infuriating. They couldn't even offer me a refund when they could clearly see I was unsatisfied. I would give them a negative review if I could. DO NOT COME HERE FOR A SCREEN REPLACEMENT!!!! read more

The representative that answered the phone was engaging, listened to my needs, placed me on a quick hold, gave me a quote, and let me know how much time was needed to fix my mom's phone. After arriving at the store, I was quickly greeted by a beautiful scent and a friendly voice. The representative took my phone and gave it to the owner. $10 to get a screen protector and it was awful first you put the glass one but it came with bubbles we told him that and then after that he said to wait 12 hours for them to disappear we come back two days later he puts on this plastic layer screen protector. I had cracked my screen for my iPhone. Everything else worked perfectly fine, just my screen was cracked. I found this place on yelp and it had good reviews so I went here. When you first walk in the guy is super welcoming! He asked what I needed I told him that I need to just fix my screen that nothing else is wrong with my phone and he told me okay it will take him about 30 min to fix. He turned on the tv for my kids, offered them candy. SUPER NICE guy! But after 30 min he started asking me if my speaker worked, if my home button worked and I said yes everything worked it was just my screen that was cracked. And he called someone to ask them a question. Because my home button no longer works. He showed me that it doesn't work, and that it happens sometimes. Having an iPhone8 plus the risk of something going wrong is higher. So I had him put my cracked screen back on and I just have to get a new phone now. Because leaving the store my phone NO LONGER HAS A HOME BUTTON TO USE, THE SPEAKER TO HEAR FROM WHEN YOU TALK ON THE PHONE NO LONGER WORKS. I have to put my phone on speaker now to hear anyone. And my screen is still cracked but now the screen behind it looks yellow and crinkly. Now I have to pay my phone carrier $1000 for a brand new phone when I just went in for $70 screen replacement. He was very kind and understanding, but I'm just confused how my phone is WAY worst now then how I brought it in. read more

I can't believe I'm even taking the time out of my busy day to write this, but this place is THAT bad. Literally go to ANY other place. Whatever screen they put on your phone will be so cheap it will have the whole camera altering the color of the screen. looks like I'm using a filter in the worst way. First I had a problem with not being able to open any of my apps, and I couldn't turn it off normally. It was just stuck. So i came in and he restarted my phone by hitting volume up, down, and holding the power button. Then it was fine, so I left. After leaving the gym I always wipe my phone off with a anti bacterial wipe and my phone is always fine. Even before I brought it in and it had cracks all over it, I was wiping down my phone and it was fine. Never got behind the screen. This screen is so damn cheap, I wiped it down once with a damp wipe and it messed up the whole screen, I can't even use it. And there's not a single crack in the screen. So I bring it in again, and he said that he can't do anything for me because he's so worried about losing money. So this place will not help you because they just want your money. Cheap screen, and stingy workers. Never again. read more
