First took my iPhone to wireless toyz on Decatur and spring mountain to get unlocked. Man let me tell you how unprofessional they where. The said it should be done in a few hours or the next business day. The next day comes and they say the same thing smh. Mind you it's been 3 days now. I go to the store to get my iPhone and talk to them on to why they can't unlock it. They told me the phone isn't paid off and that it's black listed which it clearly isn't. I Go into senor iPhone and I kid you not they factory unlocked it within 5 min. Senor iPhone handled it very professional and quick! They are here for the people unlike wireless toyz. Senor iPhone is the way to go! Thanks again brotha!!! read more

We came because my screen glass was broken . They helped us right away and we're very helpful in didn't need an appointment.

THE WORSE place to go, costumer service is so rude and disrespectful, they try to give me another screen protector for my Mobile

Dropped off my ps4 to get fixed. Looks family owned. Quick with fixing the issue and had constant communication about what was wrong and how to remedy it. They sell a lot of accessories for the phone as well as a few video games and smart watches. Will definitely come back again. They are close to where I live as well so it's a plus. Thank you Senor iPhone read more

Please do NOT believe the 5 star reviews on this entity " Senor Iphone" They are using the cheapest possible products. and they even damage your phone!!!!!! I have been at this place to fix a shattered screen on my Iphone: -1st time: they changed the screen and charged me $85.00 The gentleman told me to leave a good review on Yelp, and I will give you free screen protector. I left a good review and he put a free screen protector on my phone. Before the 1st week was over, the screen cracked. I went back , he tole me you dropped your phone. I said NO I never dropped my phone! The gentleman charged me $75.00 this time and put a new screen on my phone again. I came home and tried to put the screen Protector on my phone.... the screen cracked right under my hands!!!! I went back to the store and complained that this is the 3rd time that you changed my screen! He wanted to charge me another $75.00! I believe Senor Iphone repair is using very Cheap products! Even though they tell you that they instal original apple products, But they Lie. Just be careful and do not be FOOL by their 5 stars! Its a SCAM. read more

I replaced my cracked phone screen last summer. I chose this place based on the good reviews. However, after couple months, dust gets into the screen and created dark spots at bottom of the screen. I also find my phone gets hot easily, temperature warning shows up and cut off the connection when I video chatting my friends. Aside from these, the screen brightness is so low that I cannot see anything under the sun even with max brightness setting. I put up with it for a year until I finally couldn't stand and replaced the screen today. That's when I find out the tape at the back of the screen is NOT removed! The technician told me that's why my phone gets hot! So my phone worked for a year under this extremely harmful circumstances! This is like having a surgery but the doctor left scissors inside the patient's body, will you go to somewhere where the staff is so irresponsible?! read more

Shitty ass case broke within 1 week. I understand this "Louis Vuitton" case wasn't anywhere near authentic but shit if they're going to be charging you $30 (I was told $25 at their second location cause it was a dude that I'm sure hooks people up sometimes, but I didn't end up buying it that day) they need to at least last 8-12 months. Lower the prices on your cases if it's really just cheap ass material with designer names thrown on there. read more

I have never used this place before and have replaced several broken iPhone screens. Rami responded to my quote request very promptly and was very competitive and low prices! We were in a hurry and he was very understanding and got our screen replaced fast. They also have a wide variety of phone cases. I would recommend this place to my friends! read more
