I don't know if they do a good job at pumping septic tanks, but I can tell you that they do a lousy job of communicating with customers. I contacted them twice. We've had a tough time finding honest service north of the 210 for plumbing, electrical, etc. Everyone seems to charge more and are not reliable. But these guys were different. As I read through all the yelp reviews, it was all outstanding reviews , except for one. I was curious as to why there was a bad review. I called and spoke to Hector who was articulate and clear, we made an appointment for a few days later. On the day of the pumping, Eddie called to let me know he was on his way. Eddie was awsome, he got right to work and explained the whole process. He was very efficient and knew his job well. Eddie is a Navy vet, as am I and we shared stories. During our conversation I had to asked about the one negative yelp review. I was shocked on Eddie's honesty. He said that every time he sees the yelp it bothers him. Eddie said, we just dropped the ball and that is was thier fault. They had made a mistake. Great service, came out same day. I called around to a couple other places and these guys were right for me. They didn't have a bunch of add on charges like other places I called. Flat rate pump for up to 15O0 gal. They didn't try and up-sell me either. I asked about adding risers and different lids and the guy gave me honest options instead of having me spend more money for something I didn't need. Also I tried to save some money by digging up the lid myself. This happened to be the secondary lid, they didn't charge me more to find the primary which was 6ft away. During escrow on the sale of our house, a problem was discovered with our septic leach lines. Hector worked with the City (Rancho Cucamonga) and came up with a solution to add 2 leach pits. Due to the holidays and many antiquated rules/codes the City has (25' from a fire hydrant, yet only 5' from a water line to a house. Whats wrong with this!) it was a very lengthy process. Yet Hector was diligent with the back & forth discussions with the City. In all cases Hector kept me updated on the progress. Him & his team were honest and very professional in ALL my interactions with them. Once completed and blessed by the City, the only thing left was cleanup of the areas that were dug/trenched. Hectors team exceeded my expectations. In fact, it looks better than before all the digging took place!
