I have found my representative at Targa to be very responsive at times and utterly unresponsive at other times. I request information from them but I don't always get it. At this time I am waiting on a list of our newest HOA Board members, man which were appointed earlier this year. I also would like some way to contact them. I have had an ant problem ever since I moved in here and recently requested they have the exterior of my place sprayed, to date I have never heard back if they are finally going to get someone to spray the exterior of my condo. I have also asked that they send out a letter to all residence as there has been a problem with pet owners not cleaning up after their dogs, and to date I have not seen that happen either. I have had some sprinklers that are not working and again, these have not been taken care of although they were notified over a month ago about the issue. I am not the only resident that is unhappy with the "on again, off again" management here. We did not get a raise in our HOA fees in 2021, but have had them raised the other years I have been here. We have no special amenities such as a pool, exercise room, common room, etc. Our fees just cover basic maintenance\yard service, basic cable, and water. I can't see that they can continue to raise our HOA if they don't take care of things.
