I have sensitive and oily skin, and I also had acne. I have visited Tina Minaeva few times for different types of treatment and now my face is clean and glowing. First time I went for European facial and acne treatment. I was really amazed how a day after the treatment the acne started to fade and a week after was gone. After as Tina suggested we did pumpkin peel for my face, to clean few dark spots I had from the sun. The peel is really nice and smells awesome. I'm new to San Diego. I was looking on Yelp for a good place to treat myself to a much needed girl day. I came a crossed sensible spa. They seemed to have wonderful reviews for what was in my budget. I wasn't looking to spend a lot of money but I still wanted to do something nice for myself. On the front page they have a deal showing $45 for $65 I thought perfect I'll get that. I called the spa to make sure this deal would work. As it says on the description the deal is for the spa and not one specific person. I received a facial with Tina. Walking back she did not ask me about my skin type or anything of that matter. I also let her know that I would be using my Yelp coupon. She reassured me that was fine. I ordered a custom European facial. On the website and in an email I received it Let me know this would be $65. Tina did an okay job with my facial. For $45 I thought it's worth it. At the end when it came time to pay I showed her the redemption code for my facial and she let me know I could not use that. I explained to her that no where on the terms dose it say that it is for one specific Person. I told her how I called the day before to make sure I could use this, and the women who answered let me know I could use it with Tina. She told me she would not take it, and that because of my skin type my facial was now $75. So I not only bought this deal for $45 but I also now had to pay $75 for this. She was not understanding and told me "don't worry about the money" "it's not a big deal, you pay me now worry later" to me it is a big deal as someone who did not have or was expecting to pay this. She told me to come back and she would see what she could do about the price next time. This definitely does not make me want to come back. I'm very upset with the customer service and the way I was treated. Over all the facial was okay. Not bad, not great. I would never pay $75 for her facials. I would much rather go to a nicer cleaner spa. Point being they are okay, not the best service or facial I've had. But I feel like you can not trust them and they take advantage.
