I've been here twice and both treatments were with Ashley. She is very thorough, knowledgeable on treatments and skin care products. I've never been able to tolerate Vit C and because she recommended Phloretin, I have been using it for 2 years without any irritation. I tried my first JetPeel today and my face is hydrated and glowy after the 60min treatment. Will go back for more regular treatment if I see lasting results. I've also been purchasing my skin care products through their online shop in the last 2 years. They have great promotions and good selection of medical- grade skin care products. I think I have finally found my forever facialist! I've had my eye on Skyn Alchemy for almost a year since moving out here, but they were always booked up so I made do with other local places and paid the price. Finally, I found an opening with Lindsey, pounced on the chance, and had what I believe was the best facial in six years. For starters, the space is amazing. Such a clean, organized, and cozy aesthetic that feels professional without being overwhelming. Lindsey (and Ashley who I met very briefly once for a pickup order) are both so unbelievably friendly and warm, it definitely makes the atmosphere more comfortable. Lindsey was not only very knowledgeable but extremely attentive from start to finish: ambience, music, water, ingredient focus (I'm highly allergic to Vitamin C and super reactive to niacinamide and numerous times these warnings have been ignored in past experiences). I got the hydrafacial because my skin needed some deep loving exfoliation and hydration after this strange heatwave we've faced, and thus began what felt like hydration heaven. I think I fell asleep twice from how relaxed I was and how thorough everything felt. Throughout the process, Lindsey checked in and kept me informed on the products used and steps being done so I'd be aware of sensations and/or ingredients. It's rare that I actually leave a facial seeing instant results (other than shine from moisturizers) but the change was noticeable. I got home and saw so many little bumps and congestion patches gone. I woke up and my skin was a happy camper, and I couldn't be more thrilled. I really appreciated this experience, and the time Lindsey spent with me afterwards to explain and demonstrate products I had questions about. After months of being primarily an online shopper with her studio, I'm glad I finally got the chance to experience her facials! Looking forward to returning soon. read more

I found Skyn Alchemy through the HydraFacial website and had a wonderful visit with Ashley. The spa is super communicative on your appointment from scheduling to how to prepare to where to park. The only thing I would note is that they charge 3% for credit cards but they post it at the front desk. My service provider, Ashley, was informative, understanding and customized my facial to what my specific skin needs and concerns were. The facial itself was relaxing, the space is serene and very clean and the location is cute! I would suggest making a day of it, getting a service and making sure you have time for lunch or shopping at one of the multiple nearby shops and cafes. I really appreciate the owner getting back to me regarding my previous experience with a technician who no longer works for Skyn Alchemy. Lindsey granted me a complimentary facial today which she did herself. I got to choose which facial k would like. I wasn't expecting this. I was expecting a basic facial. I chose the Glo2 Lux & Décolletage firming facial for 75 minutes. I had never had this service before and I was extremely impressed by the quality of the machine and the process. There are many steps with this facial and it's totally customizable. I loved the exfoliation and bubbling. Not too spicy and I found it to be a pleasant sensation actually. Lindsey also added on 15 minutes of red light therapy for me which again I was not expecting and totally grateful for. She really turned things around. That was one of the best facials I've ever had!
