Very disappointed. This business treated me as less than because I had a Groupon. I purchased one and when I called to schedule a Saturday appointment, she told me she was booked up weeks out. The part that I didn't like is that I had gone online prior and seen she had plenty of openings. Left a bad taste in my mouth, so I put off booking for a while. I went online to book again and got a Saturday spot. Two days before my appointment, I get notified via email and text that she moved it to another date. I expect that you would get in touch with me first to ask if I'm available on that date and also to try and accommodate the customer. Not just change it and assume I can make it. This was my first time getting a facial and woah! What a great experience especially with Allie! I was also able to get an appointment last minute which I really appreciated. She walked me through every step of it and explained in detail all the material she was using. I felt so refreshed after the procedure. She was also able to help me with my breakout problem that was on my chin and I am planning on going back for more treatment! I also got a Brazilian with sugaring rather than strip and it was a little painful but she was able to take every hair off. This was my first time here and I loved it. This time I did a full facial. Allie was awesome and I will definitely go back for more. Here's why: The online booking is easy. Allie also responds quickly when I have questions. The booking system also makes sure that the appointment is at the correct time slot I want and send out the reminder the day before. Parking was easy to find and I like how the location is just right off of the freeway. They take the precautions to COVID-19 seriously. They take the temperature and ask their clients to use hand sanitizer. The room is nice and clean. Just the smell already made me feel relaxed. The bed is warmed up so I was perfectly fine (I'm those people who always feel cold.) Allie was friendly and professional. She checked if I have any allergy to anything and chose what she is going to use to make sure the product won't cause any trouble on my skin. I had facial somewhere else before and my face always looked like it had been in a battle after they cleaned out my blackheads. But with Allie, there was just a little rash (which is normal) and it went away really quick. The thing is she still cleaned them very well. I also like the 2 different exfoliations she did, one physical and one chemical. My face gets irritated when I use facial scrubs sometimes but the products she used felt gentle on my skin. My face was smooth and glowing afterwards. The serum and moisturizer at the end were light and had subtle nice scent. Don't even talk about the massage. It really loosened up my stiff shoulders and neck. Overall experience was pleasant and totally worth it. I got the service as a gift. (Yes, she sells gift vouchers, too.)
