The line turned out to be as bad as the real USPS, but that may have been a particularly unfortunate day. The price was over 50% higher than the rate given on the USPS website. Most importantly, the package did not get sent out. They did not respond to emails. They eventually answered the phone after many attempts over multiple days. I was told that the USPS tracking numbers that they issue do not work, which does not make any sense. Eventually the tracking information showed up. It took over two weeks for the packages to be picked up by USPS. Summary: terrible pricing and terrible service.

Edit: I appreciate the reply, respect your hard work, and will continue to visit for package drop off, but my frustration is over a simple printed piece of basic paper and not something that requires extensive labor or time or high quality materials. There is no need for something that basic to cost over $5. As other reviews have noted, charging $2.25 simply to open an email (to open the document I'm already being charged over $2 to get printed) is just comical, no? Then when I went to pay for shipping my parcel, she quickly took the self service credit card payment interface and turned it towards her and punched in some stuff and I think she gave herself a three or four dollar tip, because the total was way more than the sum of the individual items. Some of the people working her seems decent and hardworking but if you come in at the wrong time you better prepare for some childish levels of disrespect and unprofessional conduct.

My first visit I had to scan and make copies of a large word document for my nonprofit organization, that was expensive but it was done correctly and the young lady who helped me was OUTSTANDING, she did everything I asked for with a smile. Again worth the price for good customer service. The last two visits here, I had to return items via USPS. I purchased boxes at a reasonable price and shipped items here, much faster than standing in ridiculous winding lines at the local post office and the boxes I purchased for shipping, I dare to say was cheaper than my local post office. To drop off a package here for USPS with a preprinted label was $1.00....yes one dollar, no long lines....no snarky employees....definitely worth it. I always receive great service here (ALWAYS). Based on the reviews, I was dreading my visit to this location and ended up leaving pleasantly…read moresurprised! I showed up expecting the line to be out the door but there were only 7 or so people inside. It took maybe 15 minutes to wait in line and process my package shipment. Granted it was a Friday afternoon so maybe that worked in my favor. All the employee interactions I observed seemed cordial enough. Especially when compared to the few customers that would watch videos on their phone without headphones or conduct phone conversations while waiting in line. The most "rude" interaction I noticed from an employee was when a customer (who had filled out the incorrect form) asked the employee if they would fill out the right form for them and was bluntly told no. This seemed like a reasonable response as any. Maybe I would have a lower review if I had to frequent the post office more often but my experience was definitely not as bad as many of the reviews listed here. So if you have to ship something very simple, do not let the fear of potentially mild discomfort hold you back from going to the criminally underfunded federal entity that is the US Post Office.
