Despite being busy, he was friendly, professional, and clearly cared about making sure customers had a great experience. I rented a van because I needed to move some furniture, and they happened to have one available. The vehicle was spotless and well-maintained, and the price for the day was actually cheaper than what Home Depot charges. I've rented a lot of cars over the years, but this was honestly the best experience I've ever had with a rental company. Julio went above and beyond and is the kind of employee any business would be lucky to have.

I was pleasantly surprised how well the car drove but it had a smoker's smell I couldn't get rid of. 25 dollars worth of odor control was not enough. Honestly this car should only be rented to smokers. When I came back I swapped it out for a pretty nice Volkswagen Atlas. Great vehicle but smelled like Cheech and Chong had been driving it. I like Enterprise and Luke was great but I think the cars being rented out at this location must have a higher percentage of people who smoke. Quick in and out process.

So first thing first i went to even rent a car because i was in a car accident the first car i got it was NH plates and i seen myself after driving it for 3days the inspection was 2 months expired they gave me a new car i had it for a few weeks gave it back i had to re rent because my car was not fixed i get a car with Pennsylvania plates getting off work one night i get pulled over at 2:00am to find out the registration was expired the officer was nice enough to let me go and not tow the car and said himself "this is embarrassing im sorry this happened to you" and let me leave to go to them the next day. Title: Charged for a full month of protection I did not authorize…read more I want to share my experience to warn others about a billing issue I encountered with Enterprise. Initially, my insurance company arranged a short-term rental (about 5-6 days) for me at this location. When I picked up the car, I purchased protection coverage and paid a little over $200. I clearly told the staff that I only needed protection for those few days, and asked them to inform me if there would be any additional charges later. After that, my insurance company extended the rental to about one month. I called the branch to confirm the extension and explicitly told the staff that I did NOT want to continue the protection coverage for the extended period. I was told that it would be taken care of. However, after returning the vehicle, I found that I was charged for approximately 30 days of protection, totaling over $900. I never authorized this, and there was no written confirmation. Additionally, I was told I would receive a follow-up call, but no one ever contacted me. I am currently working with my bank to dispute this charge. If I cannot recover the money, I may have no choice but to pay it. I am sharing this so others can learn from my experience: - Do not rely on verbal confirmations - Always request written proof for any changes - Carefully review your final receipt after returning the vehicle I hope this helps others avoid a similar situation.
