So here I am letting you know that Erica (supervisor) was so kind, the receptionist was super adorable, and Dr. Kira was very professional, gentle, and informative. I felt very safe and comfortable receiving a brand new service (filler) and I am EXTREMELY happy with my results. I was scared because I've seen what I would deem as disaster-results on other people from OTHER medical professionals, but I chose Hello Laser based on the before and after photos, the phone conversation I had with Hayley (the Scottsdale supervisor...Phx is closer to me so I chose the Phx location), and the conservative approach! Just do it!! Hello Laser is amazing! All of them in every location!!!!

I used to recommend this business to people in the Arcadia area but I won't anymore. I had some…read morenot-so-great customer service from them in the past but let it go as I assume maybe the receptionist was just grumpy and having a day. But it was on more than one occasion. It seems like they're annoyed if you ask questions. Which is usually what people do when they are uneducated about what you're asking and get uncomfortable. I was asking the receptionist who the first tech was that I saw who moved and then came back. Instead of making it a smooth conversation by just looking at my past appts to see who my techs were, she said, "do you remember their name?" No I just know it was the first girl I saw." "Ok well you've seen 3". Ok so the first tech." It was just going back and forth like she wanted to make things difficult and to keep asking me questions guessing the name of the techs. So I asked her if she could read me the names of the techs so I'm not guessing. Why do people purposefully make things more difficult? I am a Fitzpatrick 4 and when I called to ask about the Fitzpatrick scale, the girl didn't know what a Fitzpatrick scale was. Not a good sign. I only decided to come to hello laser for the specific laser GentleMax-Pro and they are extremely close to where I live. So basically out of convenience I'll give them a go. It wasn't until I called about one of my last appts out of 6 to see how long I should be off hydroquinone before doing laser. She didn't know what that topical cream was, which is shocking as it's a BIG contraindication with laser. She said, "I'm sure 48hrs is good." I said, "oh wow, really? Only 48hrs? Are you able to ask to make sure? I don't agree with guessing when it comes to laser and people's skin." She abruptly repeated again, "48 hrs." So I decided to wait 2 weeks to be sure and then go in for my laser. Glad I did. The lack of education and care of their customers, is frightening. Be careful customers. Laser is not a device to play around with. Once something goes wrong it's nearly impossible to undo. With laser studios, you sign your life away so they can't and won't be held responsible if something goes wrong. Even if they guided you incorrectly. Those girls have way too much downtime and not having enough knowledge. Maybe they should be studying so they can learn proper contraindications with medications and devices before booking anymore appts. And stop arguing with customers. It's extremely unprofessional.

I then sat for almost 20 minutes in the lobby before taken back to get numbed. It was 11:43 as I was looking at the time on my phone. She then comes in at 11:52 and tells me I have to do the procedure now because she can't numb me any longer because I was late. I then told her I sat in the lobby for almost 20 minutes and she then went back to saying I was late and that my appt. was at 11:50. I then showed her my phone that showed a appt time from them stating that my appt was at 11:55. She then says "oh well my appt time is showing 11:50 and I have someone coming in so you can either do it now or not." -something along those lines. She had an attitude, was unprofessional and didn't seem to really care whatsoever. I told her no and left with a numbed face and a bad taste in my mouth. I read other reviews on here that were similar to my experience but tried it out anyway. I've never had an experience like this at any place and I have been getting Microneedling done for 10 years. Her name was Danielle. This place is awful. They also are not accredited by the BBB from what was shown online.

LaserAway Arcadia taught me something I wish I had learned sooner. A clinic can look sleek, sound…read moreconfident, and still offer shockingly little beneath the surface. Clear & Brilliant: My experience began with six Clear & Brilliant sessions. During the initial video consult, I was given bold, unwavering promises about reducing a raised scar on my face. The certainty was impressive, almost theatrical. Six sessions and $1,800 later, the scar looks more noticeable than before. When I brought this up, the story shifted instantly. Suddenly, Michdlle told mr something completely different, as if the original promises had never been spoken. A dermatologist later confirmed what LaserAway never mentioned: some chains simply don't have the equipment to treat certain scars, but they'll still sell you the package anyway. That realization was the first crack in the façade. Filler: Then came the filler. I received cheek filler in October 2025. A few months later, I developed a soft, fluid‑like pocket in the exact area where the filler was injected. When I called, I wasn't met with concern. I was met with contradiction, deflection, and a tone that suggested my questions were an inconvenience. At my follow‑up appointment, the clinical trainer took photos and briefly "consulted her team." Within minutes, she returned with a conclusion that felt pre‑written long before I walked in: not filler‑related. No explanation. No curiosity. No genuine attempt to understand what was happening. Just a quick dismissal and a recommendation to see my primary care provider. The entire interaction felt like watching a performance where the lines were memorized, the expressions rehearsed, and the outcome predetermined. It was impossible to ignore the disconnect between the polished image they project and the lack of accountability behind it. I explained that I had never experienced anything like this before and that the swelling appeared exactly where the filler was placed. My concerns were brushed aside with the kind of practiced detachment that only comes from repeating the same script to too many dissatisfied customers. LaserAway Arcadia offered me contradictions, dismissals, and a complete absence of responsibility. I walked in expecting expertise. I walked out realizing I had been treated like a transaction, not a patient. If you're considering this location, let my experience be the warning I never received. Some places shine brightly on the surface, but the moment you need honesty or support, the lights go out. Stay away!

I will say, the actual space for facials feels cramped as I had to weave my way around the estheticians to make my way to the bathroom prior to my appointment slot. I have been to a handful of spas throughout the valley and many membership based studios, and this setup was a tad unappealing. There are six stations located in the back studio space with each guest laying side by side which does not feel private. For the price of services offered if expect some privacy during each service. The facial itself was lovely, with the initial steps being thoroughly explained by the esthetician. At the end of service, I was recommended a few products to utilize during my home skincare routine.
