I went I for electrolysis. I have a bad fear of needles but I'm transgender with really bad dysphoria. I also have a low pain tolerance and told them that I didn't think it would work since I was told injections would be painful. They then asked me to pay half of the fee for the appointment since I didn't cancel it 24 hours ahead of time. I walked out. I will never recommend this business. I'll go to the one in Prescott. She charges a dollar a minute instead of this crap of nearly double that. read more

I recently visited the Glendale location for Botox. I have nothing but praise for my experience here. I had read some of the reviews and saw some weren't great but decided to give them a try. I had read in a review someone was unhappy because they charged a fee to use a credit card. As a business owner, I understand why they do this. The credit card company charges them this fee. As low as Senza Pelo has their prices on injections, it is understandable why they can't accept credit cards. I used a debit card with no problem of a fee. I really enjoyed April, the nurse who did the injections. She was friendly, professional and knowledgeable! My results were fantastic! I will be back soon for my Juvaderm. I used a groupon for juvaderm. Any time I get injections in the face I receive a topical numbing cream, but the nurse at Senza Pelo said I didn't need numbing cream. She was wrong. Just apply the numbing cream and make the experience easier on yourself and the customer. read more

When I first looked in to getting hair removal treatment done, I was almost certain I wanted electrolysis for permanent hair removal. When I went in, they explained all my options to me as far as electrolysis and laser hair removal go, and recommended that my best route would be to thin the hair out with laser before going to the more painful electrolysis treatments. Since we made that choice, I have had 3 treatments with friendly staff, who never made me feel like I was asking a dumb question. The only downside would be the timeliness of appointments (usually they are running about 10+ minutes behind), but for the service they provide, it's usually not a problem, as long as you give yourself a good 30 minute window for the appointment. Even though I drive from about an hour away, I'm still going to be making the trip down to Senza Pelo Med Spa for my future treatments. read more

I visited senza pelo yesterday for the first time. I bought a Groupon and never had juvaderm before so I was a bit nervous. The place for was very nice and when I walked in it was very welcoming (Bethany home location). my clinical was Tasha she was extremely nice. I asked to fill my lips and she explained her back ground and about the procedure in she answered all my questions when we started she applied a generous amount of numbing cream and she even gave me ice to start applying to the area before she started. she then explained how she was going to do the injections. it wasn't bad at all. She took her time and was asking how I was doing. ur took about 45 mins and I was done. She explained to me that I had bought a fun syringe and I didn't just it all. so she said to wait till I was healed and if I wanted more I could come back in 2 weeks and just pay $35 for her to do the rest. so overall my experience was wonderful. I ha d never do this before and was worried about looking like a duck. but Tasha did a great job. my husband loves my new plumped lips and I probably will be back and now my sister is thinking of doing it to.
