I take stars off because of the cashier experience. I asked if there was anything that the shot glass could be wrapped in, and he said yes and handed me the paper, rather than wrapping it for me. There's nothing particularly wrong with this, it just is bad form that kind of bothered me. The cashier also seemed disinterested and unhappy. Needed a party dress for my 14 year old and was met with rainbow printed foe ( or real) coats, VERY dated polyester formal wear for an 80 year old in NYC... Colette doesn't have 5 stores so you get outstanding service and personal assistance that is rare . When I visit Colette I get the best customer service and hands on attention to every detail. I will definitely be shopping here every summer and I have been visiting the website as I have Time right now. I actually was able to get some beautiful summer clothing sent to me that cheered me up during this Covid crisis. What more can you ask for?

A staff member, named Sophia, overheard it was my daughters birthday and made her day by putting mermaid glitter on her arm. They have toys, clothes, accessories, and do parties.
