The body lotion and the hand/foot cream were just the right consistency, I didn't feel sticky or greasy at all after applying it and it blended into my skin super well and fast. The sugar scrub feels thick, luxurious and works like a dream; it's so easy to spread and rub in. It left my skin exfoliated and soft without being too harsh like most store-bought ones. Being a big chapstick fan, I bought two lip balms and I am so glad I did because it's more hydrating than all the big name brands I usually buy!! It stays on your lips for a really long time and tastes sweet and fresh. The candle burns evenly and slowly and smells very strongly after just a few minutes being lit up. Everything is PERFECT!! Instead of offering the agreed-upon laser treatment to address the issues, I was told to go to a dermatologist--leaving me with unresolved damage and no accountability for the harm done. The treatments destroyed my skin, causing severe damage that left me with the damage--severe painful cystic acne covering my face scarring, texture changes, extreme dryness, compromised skin barrier everything burns, physical and emotional pain. I trusted their expertise and was hoping for a solution, but not only did I not get the promised refund or treatment, but I also feel misled and disrespected by the lack of follow-through and the poor outcome. I would not recommend this business to anyone looking for reliable and effective skincare solutions. I secured a weekend an appointment to ensure I could stay awake as long as possible and not sleep on my face and ruin my lashes. Prior to the appointment, I received a reminder email and text. The email had all the information I needed to know as a first timer including parking and checking in. Meter parking on the street is easy peasy. I got the lash, lift, and nourish. I use to get my lashes lifted in Cali and did something similar. The process took about 1 hour. If you wear contacts, I recommend wearing glasses to your appointment. Super happy with my results!
