I have very long and thick wavy hair and wanted her to cut it so it had layers and emphasize the natural curls. She did a fantastic job and also taught me how to style and diffuse and dry my hair at home so that way I'm able to replicate the same low maintenance look I was going for. Highly recommend! You can make a reservation online and they do require a deposit. I think it was about 25% of the service selected. And then you pay the rest in person. I found that it was good value for the money compared to haircuts in the bay area where I live.

You can make an appointment online or call ahead, or walk-in if they have a spot open. The customer service here is great, everyone is very nice and know how to work with hair.
