I love this Lush! i stopped in the other day to see if they had the paddington collab (wasn't sure if that was just a uk thing). not only did they have the bath bomb and the bubble bar but the 2 employees did a demonstration of how the bubble bar works. i wish i had gotten their names, they were so kind and helpful! the products might be a little expensive but they're absolutely worth it, everything has a really nice and lasting smell. i will definitely be back! read more

I love Lush. But FYI: it's not a place to go when you're having a sinus problem. I do love their shampoo bars and use them exclusively. They are bars (yes, like a soap bar) for shampoo. They have five or six fragrances (my favorite is the blue name Seanik). I also love their bath bomb. I got two today. One was called "the love boat" and it's shaped like a boat with a heart on it. read more

I love Lush! This place is very cozy when I first walk in. For almost every product they have the have a try me labeled one so you know the texture, smell, and usage for them. Overall would recommend if you're trying to get sustainable and eco friendly cosmetics and hygiene products. read more

I love Lush. I first started going to Lush when I lived in the Pacific Northwest and we would go up to Vancouver BC for the weekends. I had hoped for so many years we would get a Lush, and even though this one isn't as cool as the ones in bigger cities that are in their own space and have a lot more room, I'll take it! The staff is always helpful, you can always try samples, and the staff always seems to know what to recommend to me. If there are any problems here, it would be that it is often crowded and a bit stressful, but I'm so happy they're busy and doing well, I don't worry about it too much. I mostly come here for the bath bombs, but I stay for wonderful bar soap, minimal packaging, and the wonderful staff. read more

I am definitely a fan! I come for bath bombs, melts and all natural deo. I prefer vegan, and more natural items so I don't mind spending the extra money on my bath items. The employees seem happy to work there they look like they're having a lot of fun. When you go and you can also see product demonstrations , and they can try them out on you! You can also ask for samples if you're unsure of the more expensive items like the deodorant or the face masks. The only suggestion that I would have is music to be turned down a tad bit. When I'm trying to discuss something with an employee I want to be able to hear them. Besides that it's amazing! read more

i fell in love with this product six years ago in england. since then i've bought from web, until recently a local shop went in. YES, it's in the mall, but at the very least it's at the end of the strip. the people who work there are genuinely excited and outgoing, and they were very helpful by listening to what i wanted in a product, then guiding me to try a few things. they weren't pushy/aggressive, which means a lot to me. they were so excited about their product, one of the sales associates even showed me a picture from her phone of a test run from the makeup collection that will roll out next weekend. and we haven't even gotten to the product yet ... gentle (i have super sensitive skin) and so delicious-smelling you could eat them. you could probably eat them, though, since they are all organic. i really can't say enough about this shop, and if you go in, be prepared to try all the fun facial, hand and body wash and bath bombs. read more

Dear bath and body experts of Lush: it was love at first sight. I instantly knew I'd love all your yummy Lush goodness as soon as I stepped foot over the Lush threshold. With intoxicating, delicious smells pulling me in, I was instantly ready to try every item in your store. When the store manager (I think) told me all about the "fresh" ingredients used and the high integrity in your product ingredients, I fell deeper in love. Then all the fantastic sales associates started rubbing me down with the most luxurious hydration and I was ready to move in. Alas, I had to decide on some Lush treats to take home to try in my bath. I didn't want to leave. I slowly meandered out, going over my budget in my head trying to figure out just how long I would be tortured with the absence of Lush shopping bags and product testing int he store. I've always been a loyal fan of Bath and Body works, but when my friend brought me here I was pleasantly surprised. The products here, while a bit more unusual than I'm used to seeing, smell gorgeous and work really well. I got to test body lotion and bath bombs, and they made my skin feel really soft and rejuvenated. The staff here are incredibly friendly and really know the products. I love how they don't test their products on animals, and how they have some products that benefit various charities. I'll be visiting here again soon. read more

So, you can only imagine my excitement walking around Penn Square mall and suddenly smelling the wonderful distinct scent that can only be Lush! My heart nearly stopped. Lush has some of the greatest service I've ever had and all their employees are always so helpful. All of lush products are cruelty free and vegan. I've been buying lush online for a year before we finally got one here at penn square. It's extememely pricy! You don't really get alot of bang for your buck. It's more of a luxury thing for me. I mostly buy bath bombs bubble bars and bath melts. I have a huge soaker tub and it just is the extra ahhhhhh at the end of my day. They are geared towards naturals vegan and animal testing free. That being said be aware that alot of these have a tonnnn of glitter or moss or lavender chunks in them that will float in the water end up on your when you get out and stuck to the side of your tub. The store is veryyyyy small. The shampoos and conditioners are in the 20s for a small tub. Most of the smells are very natural earthly essential oils type and are not for everyone. They don't ever offer coupons for specials so for the most part ill stick with bath and body works for my routine supplies. read more

The first time I ever used a LUSH product, I was twelve and on vacation in Texas. I bought a bar of Sexy Peel soap and used it in the hotel shower. Now, I've used nice-smelling soaps before, but nothing could have prepared my nostrils for the full-on assault of delicious citrus-y freshness this soap provided. Since then, I've been wholeheartedly and unabashedly in love with LUSH, so needless to say, I was thrilled when a store opened at Penn Square. The products are wonderful. They sell a wide variety of types of things, from basic soaps and shampoos to fun stuff like bath bombs, henna hair dye, and massage bars, and there are plenty of scents to choose from so everyone can find something they like. The ingredients are as fresh as possible and all products have an easy-to-find ingredient list displayed with them. Most of the products are vegan-friendly, as well. The customer service is very enthusiastic...so much so that some people consider it overwhelming and a fault. Personally, I appreciate it; most of the employees know me by now since I'm a regular customer, and they always show me new products if they have any but respect that I know my way around the store. It's a welcoming environment for sure, but it's an individual preference. Since I love LUSH so much, of course I recommend it! I took one star off my review because I do wish they had a bigger space (it can get crowded in there sometimes!), but it's not too much of a detracting factor for me. I LOVE Lush. I love the company, and the products are undeniably amazing. I was really looking forward to visiting the store here in Oklahoma City since we don't have one in Amarillo (where I live). When I got to the store I was greeted but that's it. There was less than ten customers there and they were more interested in talking to each other than to me. I had to ask two different sales associates to even get help. I just found it highly disrespectful as a loyal Lush consumer to have that kind of horrible service. If I'm going to spending (a lot) of money in your store because I believe in your product and I support your values, I would like to have good customer service experience as well. This is the first time I've had this happen to me in a Lush store, and since I was so excited to come and had great expectations, I left feeling very disappointed and frustrated. read more

Every time I go into lush, the employees are so genuine and sweet to me. I have never really gone into lush looking for anything in particular until last night, though. I talked to Paul about the shampoo/conditioner bars and he was very informative and friendly, he gave me a sample of the hair treatment too which I thought was so nice of him! Once I was done looking at the shampoo bars, I went over to my friend who was talking to Megan about the body washes and facial cleansers. She ended up giving my friend and I both a sample of a facial cleanser and was also so very friendly and informative! The other people working there would occasionally join me in friendly conversations too and were all so sweet- all in all I'd just like to give a huge shoutout to all of the lush employees working that night for helping me make informative decisions while being so friendly! By the way my hair has never felt better after just one use of the shampoo/conditioner bars! read more

This was my first time visiting a LUSH store, and I was not disappointed. I've read so much about how great LUSH products are and I couldn't wait to see for myself. I'm not sure if all LUSH stores are this small, but this particular store felt a little cramped. Otherwise, my experience here was great. Everyone who worked at this store was very helpful in explaining how the products work (not all products come with packaging) and even provided demonstrations. I bought a shampoo bar made for sensitive skin and so far I'm pleased. It was recommended that only two swipes on your hair are needed in order to get a good lather, but I found that for me personally that wasn't enough and I needed at least five. However, I still like the product and can see that it will last me a while as I was told it can last for about 80 shampoos, so you do get your money's worth as long as you take care of your product and not let it absorb any moisture when not in use. They do sell metal tins to hold products that will last a while, but I didn't want to spend $3.95 after already spending so much, so I just put my shampoo bar in a small tupperware container and it has worked fine. I also bought a cute bubble bath bar for my daughter and she loves it. It produces plenty of bubbles, turns the bath water a pretty color, smells good, and I was able to only dissolve the bar enough to where my daughter can get one more use out of it. Last, I bought a small bath bomb and am excited to try that as well, but I'm saving it for a time when I need some stress relief with a nice, hot soak in the tub. So far, my experience with LUSH has been positive and I look forward to trying more of their products. read more
