I'm seriously so embarrassed of this haircut, I spend more time hiding it than I do trying to have it down, Everytime I see it I'm filled with regret and have to mourn the loss of my hair (I know dramatic but it feels that bad, I cut off probably 10-12 inches of hair.) It looks nothing like the photos I showed them. Nothing. I went back and they tried fixing it and somehow made it worse, I cried. I took a gamble, and I lost, and it was quickly the worst decision I've made in a long time. So if you're looking for a trim, they might be able to help, but don't go thinking you're going to get the haircut of your dreams here.

She explains everything clearly, answers every question, gives you clear written after care instructions and you can just tell she genuinely cares about her patients and their results. What I appreciate most is how much she prioritizes safety. I've had to rebook appointments more than once, because I still had remnants of spray tan on my face and another time because of my tretinoin use. At the time it felt like a bummer, but it showed me how much she truly puts her patients first and will never cut corners. That level of integrity is rare and so appreciated. I trust her completely with my skin, I love my results afterwards and just highly recommend Katie. I also want to add an additional note about the sweet girls who also do my check-in/out. We've been going to Oceanside and this office for easily 15 years or more. Sometimes, the front desk in Oceanside is not always as friendly as we would like, but San Marcos always is. The doctor's assistants are always kind. I also happen to like the ability to text their special number with questions.
