This is one of the more "accessible" Sephoras because you don't need to traipse through a mall to get to it. However, the parking out front is kind of a zoo at peak times. I would never just "pop in" to go to this Sephora but if I'm making a trip to PCM for some other reason, I will kill a few birds with that stone. Which is what happened on this most recent visit... I'd purchased a concealer online that was way too light and needed to return/exchange for another color that would be best to swatch/test in-store. Although I realized in advance that I was outside of the 30-day window by about a week, I timed my trip around visiting family, knowing that we were going to hit up PCM. Thankfully the Charlotte Tilbury rep was hovering in the area and she helped me to identify the best shade for what I was looking for. When I went to the checkout, the sales person pointed out the 30-day policy -- btw, turns out that it is 30 days from the date the order was purchased, doesn't matter that it took an additional week to actually arrive at my house via shipping to even know that the color was wrong. I could have sworn I saw on their website that items beyond 30 days could be exchanged, up to 60 days, but that's not what the staff member at the register said. However, without me having to escalate, he automatically went to get the manager. She did not want to let me do an exchange but I was both polite and persistent and she finally caved, allowing me to do this as a "one-time" courtesy. This Sephora is not as expansive as other ones and didn't have the limited edition Sol de Janeiro my niece wanted, for example. However, if you need to stock up on your favorite items or you're already in this shopping center, this Sephora is a good option. read more

I came to this location with my friend after Christmas so she could swap out her gift for a different perfume. This location is located in Ponce City Market. This area is extremely busy and congested. It's hard to find parking on street but there's a garage for once it fills up. The inside of this Sephora was packed. There was so many people shopping around. I was looking for Loccitane and unfortunately this location didn't carry this brand but their other stores do. The perfume that my friend wanted was also out of stock so she was unable to exchange her gift. I can say that the staff was very helpful with trying to help me find what I needed so thank you for that. read more

I placed an order for same-day delivery. I paid the delivery fee. I was told it would arrive by 9pm. It's now 10:30 pm. No one bothered to text me to say it wouldn't be delivered today. I've been stuck at home waiting on this for three hours. I called customer service and they can't tell me if or when my order will be delivered. I spent $250. and I needed this as a gift TODAY. Worst customer service at this location. I had an issue with them last year at Christmas too. They need to do better. Try a different location, this one at Ponce City Market stinks. *Update: I phoned the store my order was placed with (Ponce City Market.) The person told me there was nothing he could do. He didn't know when or if my order would be delivered despite the fact it was supposed to be last night. I ended up having to drive to the store to pick it up. He was unable to refund my delivery charge, he said I had to "go through a third party." I explained I knew nothing about the "third party" it's not mentioned on the website. A pic of a striped delivery car makes it appear Sephora is delivering, how am I supposed to know who the "third party" is? Very condescending, very rude, not helpful. My favorite local Sephora location in the city! Like so many others, I'm a big fan of Sephora and love to stop in when I need some goodies or just a little retail therapy. Located in Ponce City Market, this location isn't huge, but has a great variety of products. Parking is... well, it's PCM lol. There's tons of parking, but it's not always a guarantee that you'll get one right out front but it's possible. I always appreciate that there's always staff on hand to help, I never feel like I'm scrambling to find anyone. Of course they probably work on commission, but assistance is assistance! This Sephora, located at Ponce City Market in Old Fourth Ward, is my wife's go-to Sephora in Atlanta. There are four Sephora stores inside the perimeter (ITP) and this one is the closest to where we live in Midtown. The other ITP stores are in Buckhead - Buckhead Exchange shopping center and Lenox Square mall - and inside Cumberland Mall. My mom likes shopping here too when she's in town. The employees here loved her the last time she came to this location. My wife and mom like to buy makeup, skincare, and hair products at this Sephora. They think this Sephora is easier to get into and out of compared to the Lenox Sephora. It's not as much of a zoo, inside and out. Recently, my wife was looking for foundation in a certain brand and color at the Sephora in Durham, North Carolina, but they didn't have it. This Sephora, and I believe others in Atlanta, carried the line she was looking for (Dior Backstage, a Sephora exclusive line). Unlike the Durham location, my wife was actually able to sample the foundations here at Ponce. I accompanied my wife on her latest visit to this store. It was bright, clean, and well-staffed like other Sephora stores I've been to. Christian helped us and she was super nice. Great customer service. In general, my wife says the customer service at Sephora stores across Atlanta, including Perimeter Mall, is good. Parking isn't free at Ponce City Market. The last time we came here, I paid $4.60 for two hours of parking ($4.00 parking fee + $0.60 transaction fee). For convenience, use the ParkMobile app to book and pay. The zone number is 222. The staff at this location are always super helpful while not badgering you. I also like that it is next door to Warby Parker so it's allowed me to do two errands in one trip. It is smaller than the Lenox Square location, but sometimes I'm just not in the mood to deal with a large mall. The line can get long, but it does move quickly. One time I asked two random girls who were also shopping there for setting spray recommendations, and they told me they swear by Urban Decay. I have now been using it since then and have not looked back. I was buying a birthday gift one time and was able to find a candle set that was reasonably priced. I was also very pleased to find the Glossier balm dot com products I was looking for a few weeks after Glossier announced they'd be in Sephora stores. read more

Lancôme stock expired! Bought lancôme foundation back in December 2023 and just realized it expired in February 2024. I contacted customer support who told me to go directly to the store. Tried to exchange but ALL OF THEM were expired. They were going to refund me but since it's been past 60 days they said they couldn't. I feel like the shelf life policy should outweigh the 60 day policy. Also the fact that they just left all of the expired foundations on the shelf is alarming. Shop online. read more

I had a very helpful experience at this location. I was greeted upon entry and asked if I needed assistance - genuinely. I explained I was looking for Bobbi Brown Concealer stick because I was previously using a discontinued Fenty color. The associate took me over and we did some color matching. She also recommend another product (because I was open to recommendation) but ultimately I chose the what I came to get. She asked if there was anything else, let me know about ongoing promos/ specials and led me to the cashier. The cashier was equally friendly and very positive. This Sephora store at Ponce City Market is the closest location to me. I arrived on a Saturday as soon as they opened. They opened on time. You do have to pay for parking in the lot or garage. I easily found a parking spot right in front of the store and paid using the ParkMobile app ($2.60 for 30 minutes). I knew what I wanted so I was in and out in no more than 10 minutes. The store is practicing safety precautions during the COVID-19 pandemic. Curbside pick-up is available. Grace and Kristen provided excellent service. I received help finding my foundation. I was also reminded that I was due for my annual complimentary birthday gift. I had three options. I'm a fan of Moroccan products so I was delighted to get the travel size oil. I'm a HUGE Sephora fan, and I've been to a ton of Sephoras. I'm in their Rouge program (which basically means I spend farrrr too much money per year in their store), and I loved how the employees acknowledged that. I went in to find my new fall/winter shade of foundation, and instead of just quickly putting it on my face, the beautiful and sweet employee did a skin cleansing routine and helped to introduce me to helpful products. I love the layout of the store, as well as how literally every single employee was friendly! I've been to other locations that were not as friendly. I even made a point to tell the store manager how pleased I was. The employees were helpful without hovering, and making sure that I had what I needed. This is now my go-to store, and I will be back soon! read more

I normally hate coming into Sephora/Ulta because it's too overwhelming and I'm terrible at picking the right color of concealer/foundation. Today I walked in after visiting the Anthropologie at Ponce and discovering the perfume brand, Phlur. I wanted to see if Sephora had different sizes of the perfume other than just the giant bottles, so I could test it out for a week first before buying the huge bottle. Nicole greeted me and was able to show me right to the perfume I was looking for. Nicole also found someone to help color match me for a concealer, which was super helpful. A tall girl with braids helped me today and she said her name is Lee I believe. Anyways, my experience was not great at all. She was clearly annoyed that I said yes to needing help. She then was upset that I didn't know the exact look I was going for. I told her I'm experimenting concealers/foundations and her patience was awful. I only tried on 3-4 different concealers that she chose and then I settled on a brand I have bought before. This is due to her bad attitude. I felt extremely rushed the entire time. This was my first time going into this location...AND IT'S AMAZING! no lie I felt like this was the best Sephora experience I've ever had lol. I live in south Florida and I've been by this Sephora before but never actually went in...I come to Atlanta to visit my friends and wooooow I felt so at home here and the staff is SUPER KIND + HELPFUL vs other ones I've been too in my state of Florida. The store is much smaller than the Lenox store that I typically frequent, but it's well organized and they always have what I need in stock. It's conveniently located at Ponce City Market near City Winery. Parking can be tricky at times, so try to come early or park in the deck and walk if there are no available spaces out front. read more

The great thing about this location is that if you know exactly what you want you can park in the 30 min free parking across the street and avoid paying anything to park. The staff is polite. In the evenings I think they are short staffed on make up artists if you have color matching concerns etc. It's a well equipped store and they have a fragrance matching counter in the back. On vacation this weekend I ran out of foundation and needed it ASAP, so I ran into Sephora looking for Estée Lauder double wear. Only to realize they didn't sell it. The sales man was very helpful to suggest a few items Similar to my normal foundation. He knew the foundation I used without even asking, and picked my color based upon just looking at my skin and he was spot on! Very impressive. I ended up with dior water based foundation and matching primer. I have been using it for a few days now and I am in love. These people know what they are doing! Best sephora i have ever been to! I walked in on sunday night around 6pm and was instantly greeted and asked what i needed help with. i was looking for a new skincare routine and told her that and instantly she said oh let me get nick to help you. nick was very knowledgeable about facial products and quickly determined what would best work with my skin. not only was he very helpful, but he was patient and helped me understand what order to use the products. he even gave me 5+ samples to try. he wanted me to see how my skin would react before purchasing. i am a VIB Rouge member so i spend quite a bit of money here but it's nice they genuinely care about you being happy with a product before spending $60+ on an entire bottle. that kind of customer service doesn't exist in many places anymore. i have been shopping at the lenox sephora for the past year and stumbled upon this location when having coffee at dancing goats. needless to say, i won't go back to lenox. this store is smaller than lenox, but the customer service is SO much better. Parking can be a challenge since PCM is limited on this, but there are spots right outside if you can snag one. Overall, this sephora is amazing. Entering Sephora is likened to a child entering a candy or toy store. There are so many things that catch your eye you don't know where to begin. I went into the store to try this new Fenty highlighter. I'd seen advertisements on social media and I've seen many women walking the streets of Atlanta with these glittery cheekbones and on most of the women the look is pretty nice so I wanted to see what it looks like on me. I had a great rep that assisted me in choosing the right color palette and showing me how to apply the Fenty highlighter to my cheekbones my eyelids and my T-Zone and I'll tell you I was quite impressed with the outcome. So once he showed me how to use it by a applying himself he instructed me on how to apply it once I'm home and although I'm not a pro yet I'm on my way. This isn't my first time in Sephora. I also go into Sephora for my lip gloss liners, and lipsticks along with any other foundations or makeup that I might need. Sephora always has just what I'm looking for and the prices are always excellent. Because this location is within the Ponce City Market complex you do have to pay for parking but because this location is within the Ponce City Market complex you do have to pay for parking but it is minimal. This particular Sephora is a bit smaller than your standard store but the customer service I've experience here really stands out. Honestly I am not the biggest fan of Ponce City Market - love the concept, but don't love feeling like a peasant. But they had to land a Sephora, and Sephora is the one thing I love to spend money on for nice things. So if I end up VIB Rouge, I'm blaming this store. I don't like to call out other reviews but bad customer service? LOL I left the Perimeter Mall Sephora earlier because this sales associate had the nerve to tell me because "she couldn't see the foundation on me it was good" and walk away. I applied it to maybe a quarter size spot on my cheek. Now this Sephora, every time I am here I am having a conversation about makeup with any associate that passes me by. I got loaded with skincare samples that have my face feeling amazing tonight. This store is THE BEST. I thought the sales associates were just being nice because it was had just opened the first time I came, but I'm never disappointed. It's such a huge store (I think I read 4000 sq feet), there is so much to check out. I'm not sure why this is being called small in another review - this place is like a mansion compared to the cramped quarters at Perimeter. I don't go to Lenox to know how it compares. And some brands that aren't usually carried are - the foundation I got is listed online only on their website. I'll never bother with Perimeter again even though it's convenient to work. That store has HORRIFIC lighting for a makeup store, this store is so bright you can actually see. I came in tonight looking for a lighter foundation for every day use that wouldn't draw attention to any dry spots. I found Brandy, who is also mentioned on here already, OH MY GOODNESS. She took so much time to show me this Becca foundation I ended up getting, even applying it to my face and trying out a couple others too but I was sold on the Becca. She then spent a ton of time with me on skincare for dry skin, which I honestly never really thought about and just threw things together with lesser help.
