I went in just because I wanted to buy some empty jars, but I was very intrigued by the other products in the store. As a vegan, there are tons of options, all the ingredients are clearly labeled (you just have to watch out for bee products and milk in some items), and you can ask the staff if you have any questions. They sell body oils and butters, as well as essential oils, and many different types of empty containers (spray bottles, shampoo bottles, tincture bottles, jars, etc). They also have many products you can buy by the ounce that are unscented (yay!) like shampoos, conditioners, lotions, etc. and you can add a custom scent if you would like. I purchased unscented conditioner, a facial cleanser, and a facial moisturizer, and loved them all. A little pricy, but you are paying for quality and healthy, safe ingredients. My only complaint is that they don't sell glass jars! That would be a great addition. Oh, and COVID precautions are good. They allow in only 5 customers, request that customers sanitize their hands, and require masks. The employee was wearing a mask and there was also a screen separating the customer from behind the counter. I'll definitely be back!

While gathering my information, the pharmacist did an excellent job making small talk and making me feel comfortable. The unfortunate thing about this location is that there is no privacy curtain/ private area where you receive your vaccinations. While, I personally don't mind receiving my vaccination out in the open space, I almost feel like I'm violating someone else's privacy as I am waiting my turn. Other than that, if you need a COVID-19 or flu vaccination, be sure to schedule an appointment ahead of time as there are no walk-ins.

This is not a minor inconvenience , it is a documented system failure that Bath & Body Works has failed to properly escalate or correct. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and complete absence of meaningful follow through from a major corporation are unacceptable. After a year of repeated attempts to get help, I am extremely disappointed in the level of service and lack of urgency shown by Bath & Body Works.

But there was a lot more questions and a lot of pauses. Then she just announced that she couldn't do it. There was one thing i was trying to return that was not on the receipt which i thought was odd since i bought it all at the same time. It was soon discovered that my other sales rep at the other location forgot to charge me for it during our great conversation (Olentangy location) so i offered to just give it back and do a return on the other stuff. She just handed me the receipt and said maybe they would know my face better at the other location and could just return it there. I was completely bewildered by that statement and just said look I'm not trying to steal, I'm trying to do an honest thing here by giving back the item that wasn't paid for and returning the other items that were.. she just handed back the receipt and said sorry. I wouldn't have been so angry if she would have had a better attitude. THAT makes all the difference towards all time great customer satisfaction. I ended up going back to the original store that i bought the product from and had a better experience!! We sorted out that I was in fact never charged for the mixing bowl by accident and they accepted me just giving it back to them. Everything else was sorted out too. Just be kind to one another.
