I expected to change into a robe & lie on a bed under the covers for my facial. Instead I kept my clothes on & was told to lie on a table you'd find in a real doctor's office. There were some aspects of a facial - scrub, exfoliation, extraction. No massages & the woman talked to me the entire time. At the end she attempted to sell me over $200 worth of products. I did buy one of the products then went home to find out it was prescription only (how did she sell it to me without writing a prescription) & can be purchased for much less than the $60 I paid.
