Listen, this is one of my favorite stores to shop for makeup, skincare, and perfume. I came in for some 62 (body spray) none was on the shelf and it was an act of Congress to find out if they had any in stock. After a 15 minute wait they finally told me there weren't any. What a bummer! Associates were just not that friendly. read more

The rudest employees ever! Every last one of them disrespectful and rude. I came to pick up an order this morning. Hours online and on the store door said they open 10:00am-8pm. The employee was standing at door letting employees in at 9:59am. She then opened the door ask me why am I standing there they don't open till 10am. I said I'm a customer waiting to pick up an online order. She closed the door and locked it. The worst customer service ever. I called the store at 10:02am telling them I'm still in front of door waiting for them to open the doors. By this time more customers were in line waiting on them to open door. The same lady who asked me why I was standing in front of door ended up opening the door at 10:04am never apologized for opening late or anything. I got my order and left. I called back again and asked for mgr name. These employees are rude!! I will never return !!! Martha the mgr needs training on how to handle customers. Extremely rude. I came in and literally stood by the staff (by the entrance) and waited for someone to atleast acknowledge me. I then walked around and saw other staff was busy. I went to the front and said "excuse me I need help finding a foundation." By now I was already annoyed. The woman responded as if I was bothering her. She looked like a manager. She told me someone would be with me and there were only two girls on the floor. She told someone that wasn't even paying attention that I needed help when someone was free. I have been to this Sephora numerous times and have never once been asked if I needed help. If you go in without makeup on you are practically invisible to the sales associates. I personally avoid this Sephora at all costs, even if they have an item in stock that I need. I would rather wait for shipping. read more

Honestly.. This would be the first time I wanted to take my business elsewhere. I've gone to plenty of sephora. This location in particular should have never opened to begin with. The greeting they had was not very welcoming. Let alone I was being followed. If you're going to follow me, at least have a conversation with me and connect with me. I'm a VIB Rouge and have been the past 5 years. Here's more to the cherry on top. I used to work for Sephora and I have built clientele and brought in revenue for the company itself. Since I have left, my clients have left with me. I currently freelance. Any other Sephora store they would greet me as well as have a full blown conversation without losing sight of the sales floor. Because I used to work at Sephora. I know what was being said on the walkie and I can easily read body language. If you want top tier customer service from Sephora don't waste your time at Concord Mills. Go to Southpark or Northlake. I've already spoke to corporate and I have yet to hear a response from them. Neiman Marcus sounds more appropriate for my liking. Never judge a client by it's cover either because if I dressed as I did at my business events and meetings the attitudes and greetings would be different. I get better service at Nordstrom or Neiman regardless of how I was dressed. read more

I went in prepared buy an entire new make up line. I have fallen off from doing my make up due to depression and and personal health factors. I just needed a pick me up and to feel beautiful and I was ready to start my make up journey over. KJ was fabulous, so kind and helpful. She helped me pick my foundation with the IQ and by blending it directly on my face. She was kind and patient, and then I decided to bruise some and she became busy with others. So I reached out for help from someone else, who I later learned was supposedly a manager. And she was a complete bitch and so was the other staff. My daughter played in some samples and they acted like it was the end of the world, but KJ did not. KJ smiled and engaged with my daughter and continued being helpful. I left with the products KJ helped with and left. But I was prepared to purchase much more. It was just disgusting how bitchy they were. They took the sample brush from my child like it was an issue, she didn't do anything other want to experience the make up the way I did. My daughter became uncomfortable and insisted I wash her face. You guys work at Sephora not some big time place. Thank you KJ for your kindness and hugging me on my way out. 10/10 recommend KJ. I got on Yelp because I was upset at how I was treated at this Sephora, then low and behold the only other review for this location stated the exact same thing I experienced! The only difference was that I eventually had a sales attendant come up to help me but before that it was extremely obvious they were following me as they were pretty much everyone that appeared to be 50 yrs old & younger. What disturbed me the most was while I was being helped I constantly could hear them talking in what I assume is like a walkie talkie/earpiece, about EVERY person that walked in the store. It's like they assigned a specific person on the floor to follow each individual person that came in. While standing in line to check out I could see the sales associates all making constant eye contact with one another and some were pointing to customers so that another associate would go stand near them & act like they were organizing something. I understand loss prevention and being cautious about people shoplifting but this was WAY to much!! When it's to the point that your uncomfortable walking around because there's people's peaking around corners and stooped down being creepy, then it's gone to far! I have never seen anyone do this at any of the other nearby locations like this South Park, Northlake, South Blvd, etc. The lady that helped me was very nice so I did give it 1 extra star but I will not be going back to this location. read more
