I had a gift card for Sephora since forever so I thought it was good to use it in the area before going to the Ritz Carlton coconut grove. I was able to park in the parking building right by Sephora. It's located central where the parking says Neumann Marcus. I paid $3 for parking that's why I took a star off. I don't like when you have to pay for parking at a mall. The experience at Sephora was good. I was asked preferences. It was ok although it was a little weird to see so much make up on my face. The store is beautiful and large. They carry a lot of brands I also use.

Today when checking out for the items I purchased for the holidays the cashier by the name NAYY started to bash me very loud after I asked her "Do you guys accept American Express?" She proceeded to answer with sarcasm and she asked very loud for everyone to hear "Are we in United States of America?" "Do we accept American Express?". I was completely horrified by the unexpected behavior of this individual. I'm not sure what happened but her intentions were to embarrass me in front of everyone. She also added "I'm sorry but I'm not the machine to tell you if we accept American Express". The whole thing took me by surprise and I was in disbelief. When completing the transaction I asked her if I could borrow her pen and I proceeded to write her name down to report the incident to the corporate office in San Francisco. When exiting the store I asked to speak with the store manager and shared with her the embarrassing experience at this store location. STORE #944. We live in a world that we should not allow anyone disrespect us or embarrass us in any way no matter what color, gender, height, ethnicity, weight etc. I'm not sure why the have NAYY at the register. They should place her in the back doing inventory or opening boxes but this individual is not capable to serve customers. Thank you - Grisel (Brickell, Miami FL)

I've done some serious shopping at different Sephora Stores in the (305) & I have the VIP Rouge status to show for it. Some experiences have been good & some have left me wanting to just shop online 'cause the customer service has been terrible. But....This Sephora Store at Merrick Park was an absolute pleasure to shop at and my sales associate, Marilyn, was outstanding - great customer skills, friendly and knowledgeable of the products I asked her about; she even gave me samples of products I may like to try out before purchasing the full size....fabulous & cost saving since beauty products can rack up the $$$..! The checkout with Leydis (spelling?) also met & exceeded my expectations since she was also friendly and informed me of other store offers. From now on, this will definitely be my go-to Sephora store...!!!

This is like my Candy store. I could literally spend half a day here and schedule a facial, makeup and have my skin critiqued then slowly browse through the aisles. This is one of the smaller Sephora store, if you prefer more variety I suggest you hit Sephora in Dadeland or Aventura. However, this store is super convenient if you're in Merrick Park shopping already. This location is fairly new so everything looks bright and clean! However, sadly to say, the associates are friendly but not helpful. At other Sephora stores I have at least 2 associates asking me if I need assistance. Here, they ring you up with a smile and let you wonder aimlessly through the store. Which I'm ok with because I do that anyways in any Sephora store, there's just too many goodies that I can't decide!! Down side: they don't comp your ticket if you parked in the garage. Well, at least they didn't offer to comp my ticket.

Beautiful Sephora store located inside the Village at Merrick Park Shopping center. The ladies working in here are so nice and they were extremely attentive to us today. You get points signing in their rewards program for free. The lady at the register created an account for my daughter right there, in less than 7 minutes and she got a gift because of it as her birthday. Their products and prices are exquisite but completely reasonable for the high quality they offer, even though some of them, I can not afford.

This was the "professional" makeup that was done to me. Didnt even cover my blemish. Yes, i look awful!

I want to start by saying that I do not intend to be rude or mean or put anyone down by this review, but my experience at this Sephora wasn't a pleasant one. I went yesterday to get my makeup done and I had a young man (dont remember his name) and I believe he simply did not know what he was doing. I dont know if it was his first time or what but i basically had to come home and redo my makeup for the event I was going to. I have done my makeup here before and I always love it so i was in shock when this happened. When you go get your makeup done professionally you expect your makeup to look nicer than if you did it and I felt like I could have done way better. The young man even asked me to apply my own eyeliner and mascara. And the mascara I had to remind him that none had been applied. I simply think he needs a lot more practice before Sephora uses him on other people because what he did to my face was unacceptable. I probably should have said something at the store but to be honest I was so upset and in a rush to get home to redo my makeup that I didnt :(

More recently, I have been trying to obtain my medical records to understand how my areola portion of procedure was performed and whether it may affect my ability to breastfeed. I have called four separate times and each time I am told that a manager or supervisor will call me back. Not once has anyone followed through. At this point, I would be satisfied with a simple answer as to whether my records still exist. The lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable. If a supervisor cannot return a patient's phone call with a straightforward answer, they should not be in a supervisory role. My experience has left me feeling that once they have your money, they no longer care about you as a patient. Between my dissatisfaction with the procedure and the complete lack of customer service, I cannot recommend this practice.

I want to share my experience with Revive because I think it's important for anyone considering a…read morecosmetic procedure to know how situations like this are handled. Like most people making a major decision about surgery, I had consultations with multiple surgeons and surgical centers while trying to find the right fit for me. Two of the practices I had been communicating with were Revive and Revitalize, and unfortunately, I confused the two when making a $1,000 deposit payment. I intended to pay Revitalize but mistakenly used the payment link from Revive. I realized my mistake almost immediately and contacted Revive the very next day to explain exactly what had happened and ask if they could reverse the payment. They declined, citing their policy that the $1,000 surgical deposit is nonrefundable. While I can understand having a nonrefundable deposit policy to protect a business when a patient reserves surgery and later changes their mind, this was not a situation where I intentionally booked with them and then simply decided I didn't want the surgery. I made a genuine mistake between two similarly named practices and contacted them the next morning. After they declined the refund, I even offered another solution. I told Revive that I was willing to leave the entire $1,000 with their practice and use it toward other services they offer . I figured this was a reasonable compromise, they wouldn't have to refund the money, I wouldn't lose $1,000, and they potentially gain a long term client who could continue using their services in the future. They declined that as well. They have now told me in writing that the $1,000 cannot be applied toward any other services and that they will not schedule alternative services in lieu of the deposit. I understand policies exist for a reason. What I find incredibly disappointing is the complete lack of flexibility or customer service in the way this was handled. I contacted them the very next day after realizing an honest mistake. I was even willing to spend the entire $1,000 with their business instead of continuing to ask for it back. Instead, they chose to keep the full $1,000 while providing me no surgery, no alternative services and nothing else in return. To me, that's absurd. A little understanding and willingness to find a reasonable solution could have potentially created a lifetime client. Instead, this experience ensured the exact opposite. I'm not telling anyone else what decision to make. I'm simply sharing exactly what happened to me so prospective patients can consider how this practice handled my situation before deciding where to spend their money.

Gorgeous store Fantastic location…read moreQuality products The makeup and innovation in the KIKO Milano cosmetics is top notch. The seasonal collections are fantastic. I have visited The KIKO stores overseas and the staff are ALWAYS wonderful. After all, they are there to sell and help. Crazy I know. This concept seems to allude a majority of the staff at the Kiko Milano Lincoln Road location. A majority of the staff at the Lincoln Road location - terrible, awful, really really bad customer service (save for the beautiful black girl at the register with the million dollar smile and personality to match). The big sasquatch with the really thick accent is horrible to deal with. Her indifference and bad attitude are projected from the moment you see her. Miserable. Someone needs to tell her she is SELLING cosmetics not air or water. No-one needs another lipstick or eyeshadow palette. Seriously! The other one with the bleach blond over processed hair and the dark black roots is equally as miserable. You really don't want to ask her for anything. Excuse me do you mind telling me where the makeup remover is or should I just go play in traffic?! She might just say- go play in traffic. Yikes! I don't know what else to say. Perhaps, retraining? Demerits for customers who walk out because they can't deal with these two losers. The store is kept immaculate. FLoor is clean, stations are well stocked and clean. Apparently this is a popular Italian/UK brand, and I mostly went in to look at their highlighters. It seems like the store has a huge variety of cosmetics, but it's actually the same display on both sides of the store, but they are arranged differently on each side. Their prices are mid-range, like Sephora brand cost, with nail polishes and eyeliners around $8-10, eyeshadows and lipsticks around $15, and face products and brushes around $20. I was mostly drawn to the items on sale that were over 50% off. It kind of drew a red flag for me because I had never heard of this brand, not even from beauty forums, and I was skeptical of how big the markdowns were. I swatched a pretty quad-eyeshadow palette that came down to $8 and I chose some nail polishes that were 3 for $3. *FYI if you want to buy just one polish, it will ring up as $1 so don't feel obligated to buy all three. The polishes were very standard rainbow colors, and nothing stood out as unique to the line. The eyeshadows are very soft and pigmented. They can be used dry or add water for more color payoff. The polish impressed me the most. It was opaque with one coat and it did not have too harsh of a chemical smell. It dried very fast. I want to pick up more colors. Service is really slow, I think mostly because of the language barrier. All of the employees spoke mainly Spanish, and with broken English. It's enough to get around, but don't bother asking for a beauty tutorial unless you can speak the language. Service wasn't terrible, but it took me a good 15 minutes to check out when there was only one woman in front of me. There was only one register open, even though the store was filled with people. I didn't have a bad experience there, but I wanted to checkout faster. The best was that they gave out free popsicles while browsing the store! Not sure if that's a commonplace thing, but on Sunday night, I got a free watermelon lime Popsicle, very yummy!
