Let me start with saying I always come to this Sephora to make my purchases, but I will be finding a new location to shop at because this visit was absolutely horrible I am a rogue member and I opened my account less than two months ago therefore, when I walk into a store i've spent over $2000 on in the past month. I don't expect to be treated so poorly I walked in the store I wasn't greeted. I start walking around looking at things. I find a body butter sample and I asked one of the workers do they have this because I didn't see it on the shelf she tells me no she doesn't think so but she can go look. She proceeds to walk away and walk back up to me and say we don't have it in store do you wanna order online? I politely decline saying no thank you and she scoffed at me visibly upset and walked away. I did not acknowledge it. It didn't bother me. Maybe she's having a bad day, but then she proceeds to follow me around the whole store for the rest of my shopping and as she's doing this two other workers approached me asking me if I need help. i'm not new to this. I know if multiple Sephora workers especially in a tiny store like this location are coming up to you asking if you need help they think you're stealing. I kept declining the help because I didn't need help. get worker still were following me around the store and approaching me trying to tell me things about other items and all types of things I didn't think it could get worse, but when I got to the register the two people at the register were in conversation and unaware that I was standing in the line. One of the girls looked up and said she could take me. She didn't ask me how my shopping was. She didn't ask me if anybody helped me, she didn't ask if I wanted to use any of my points she didn't ask for my account. She didn't ask for anything that they're mandated to ask you for I put my phone number and she rung all my items up as she's still in conversation with the other worker right next to her and when she was done ringing my items up, I go to go put my card on the phone that she's using, and it wasn't working, but she wasn't even paying attention to notice that eventually when she did notice after me saying something, she took my card out my hand and did it and had to give my car back and asked me if I wanted a receipt and I told her yes and she looked visibly annoyed grab the receipt and put it down in front of me and went back into her conversation this has to be the worst experience I've ever had at any Sephora. Honestly, there are good workers at this store. They just were not there today. read more

The girls are not very helpful unfortunately and this is coming from an employee! They do not seem to have any urgency when the line for the register is crazy. We were looking for the red , blue ,green led light face mask to make the wrinkles go away but they only sold this product on line for about four hundred dollars . The sales lady was a professional she did show us another product that is for the eye area wrinkles that cost about 150 or more. I had a really good experience here. I needed a "photo shoot" face. I wanted a one particular brand. I was greeted promptly at the door and immediately assigned a makeup consultant. I told the MC what brand I wanted for full matte natural look, no contouring. She matched my face color immediately, hooked me up with the collaborative eye shadows blush and powder. A great eyeliner, I was GTG in less that 20 minutes. She did offer face superlatives, but the sales pressure was not that intense. I am one who would prefer to be left alone to shop, but bc of the sheer unlimitlessness of beauty industry products, I would do that again at this store. This location for Sephora is really wonderful. It is very convenient because it is in the same shopping center as Whole Foods. A one-stop-shop for me. I bought a couple of face cleansing products and got some great advice. The lady helped me find the right skin care for my skin type. I'm really happy with what I bought. I really enjoyed the customer service at this location for Sephora. The store is very well organized and they are keeping to covid-19 protocols well. At this point, you are not allowed to test any products. The only bad part is getting in and out of the shopping center. Upon coming here , I was greeted right away. The girl that checked me out at the counter was so friendly. Everything in this store was bright and spacious. I was able to find all my make up needs. I really liked their Sephora collection because its an affordable brand and they always have many selections for the shade as well as other brands. I was able to find brands such as FENTY, Tarte, and bare minerals etc. There were a lot of brands to choose from. Also, during covid times, there were a lot of social distancing rules enforced which was great. I really liked this Sephora location better than the one in Broward mall. This one is more spacious and much cleaner. This location is also very convenient because of all the shopping stores nearby as well. read more

I am not a "makeup kinda girl", in fact, my knowledge of makeup is so nonexistent that I have always avoided stores like this. The only time I ever was in a Sephora store was once with a friend of mine, and she was picking up stuff for herself, I browsed, and walked right out completely uninterested & lost (tomboy). Make up was never my thing- and that's ok...we all have our "thing", right? Overtime though, I got older and began to suffer a lot from acne, which was never a problem for me before. I found myself watching YouTube videos of girls that helped explain "how to cover up" without having to do a whole "full make up routine". The recommended store of choice? -Sephora So that's what led me to walk in the store despite the uncomfortable feeling I had (possibly being pre-judged because of the way I looked or dressed) However, right away a store rep greeted me, and asked if I needed help, I said no (once again too shy to state the obvious-I am lost in this store lol) So she let me browse around. Few minutes go by now, and I am still clearly lost -another rep came by, and asked if I had any questions, I knew I could either go a few hours trying to figure out what I am looking for on my own, or just let this nice girl help me, so I did. In less then 1minute this girl had me PERFECTLY color matched, that I was floored! She gave me her opinion on products, and despite not going based off all the product suggestions she made, she took that with no grain and kept on helping me. Almost like as if , my personal "goals" became hers. I was truly impressed. I also never felt that dreaded "judgement" from her, though obvious- that I had no idea from start to finish about makeup, this never once fazed her. That part alone was exactly what I needed internally to become a "Sephora shopper " for life. So once again, thank you. I am much happier now that I can do some "self-care" the right way. I have a store contact now, that I am confident in, and that will help me in the future. Really great experience at the new Sephora in Davie! I booked a 30 minute perk up facial with a $75 purchase and oh man did it not disappoint. Make sure you book it beforehand, online or on the phone. Try to book on a week day when it's less busy because sometimes it's hard to do the appointment when there are other people in the store needing help. The beauty advisor taught me a lot on what products are good and better for my skin (I have reddens and dryness). She also gave me some samples from our session and I was sooo happy! Also you can see what comes out of your skin at the end... so nasty but satisfying lol. The store is super big and the staff were very helpful. Worst service ever, I came in to pick up something that I ordered online and I already paid for it. I asked one of the ladies (a darker skin toned lady on the chubbier side) and even showed her the email on my phone saying "your order is ready for pickup" and she was very rude and refused to help me. Anyways I had to leave without my order. What a waste of time save yourself and don't order online or better yet just don't come here and deal with the rude staff. Now the management has changed, especially the new Hispanic manager. I didn't get her name. She is especially vile, rude, makes comments under her breath, actually made comments to me in a horrible tone, manner, etc. she made me feel so small, like I was dirt, you could feel the tension she had towards me, and like I was wasting her time . Rude! Everyone was so rude. I went to the store with my daughter, my daughter, who is 18 years old, spending her own money, knowing what she wanted to buy and all I watched was all these adults just be aggressive and rude to her. I didn't say anything to anyone. I just stood by watching in the shadows of my daughter, but it was extremely uncomfortable. I'm not sure if it was associated with the Christmas holidays and everyone was just overwhelmed and tired. When we left the store my daughter said mommy they have never ever treated me like that. This Sephora is brand new and on the corner of State Road 84 and University Drive in Davie. My sister and I walked in and we were warmly greeted the store was clean and smelled fresh. It is a smaller Sephora so they did not have everything that a larger one would but for a smaller store it had quite a nice selection. There were some reps there who were very nice and knowledgeable and happily gave us some samples the staff was also very knowledgeable and gave us a sample of what we had asked for. I waited in the line for no more than two or three minutes and was I asked how my experience was and was thanked for coming. The only bad thing about Sephora is that physical locations are always so far away or tucked into the dreaded mall. Well, not anymore! This brand new location opened today and it is GORGEOUS! A wide open floor plan with tons of staff, this location is in the whole foods shopping center. Opening day was crazy busy but handle well by the staff. Went into the newest Sephora in Davie and was automatically greeted at the door by girls in the front they offered hand sanitizer and let me know that they were they're if needed which made me feel comfortable! Sephora's return policy is completely disappointing. I have been trying to get my money back from a return for 2 months now. When I call this location they tell me to call customer service and customer service tells me to call the store I made the return from. Then they try to blame the bank when the bank has not seen anything from Sephora. Turns out they have a 1 week policy (which not one employee told me) and they straight up told me there's nothing they can do and that I am not able to get my money back. I know I can not be the only person this has happened to and it saddens me how unprofessional they are. read more
