She took her time, answered all my questions with NO FRUSTRATIONS and lots of patience. I always have tons of questions!! Super excited about this and how the office handled everything so far, good vibes and verbal comfort! Set my appt to visit and consult with the DR, 4 months out, ouch just for the consult. Didn't like that, maybe up to a year for surgery. UGGG! Also, I don't like that I had to prepay for a consult to get an appt date, but who cares, I'm ready and serious! I guess if they need that for my appt to show my commitment-I'm down. She mentioned it also goes towards whatever you may choose to do within the office. I wasn't asked my phone number to be called at a later time, and am extremely disappointed as the location is very close to my office. It is hard for customers to give you their business if they can't get to it to begin with. Please have someone who is a bit more resourceful when answering your phones. There is another laser hair center close, and I wouldn't be surprised if someone who has had the same experience as I've had, gives them their business instead.
