I hate leaving 1-star reviews but really feel like it's necessary with this business. I went in for a dip color change/manicure and this has to be one of the worst nail jobs I've had in years. The woman doing my nails was extremely nice but clearly does not know how to do nails. I've been getting my nails done for years and based off of her technique, she has not had proper training. She didn't even bother asking me if I wanted them filed down or cut shorter. I should have advocated for myself but it was one of those things where you kept thinking "okay I'm sure she'll ask" and never did. They also claim on their website that they use new equipment for each client, and that could not be further from the truth. Their products were janky, not clean, and overall unprofessional. I now have red polish all over my hands, along with acrylic caked between my fingers because of the "soak off" process. One nail is separating. Very disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

I called ahead last week and scheduled a 4:45 manicure (builder w/ gel polish) and gel pedicure, no design and one color. Long story short, the services were not completed until 8:39. They had me pay before pedicure was finished because they were shutting down the salon while she finished my pedicure. I had to explain multiple times that at that point I did not care if it was perfect but that I really needed to go. The quality was good but I can't imagine that most people regularly have an extra 4 hours to get their nails done. read more

Absolutely love Daisy's Nail & Spa! The salon is always clean, welcoming and relaxing. But the real gem here is Lucy! Lucy is hands down the best when it comes to nails. Her attention to details is incredible, and she always takes her time to make sure everything is perfect. She is talented and professional. Daisy is amazing. As an owner, she knows and understands what customer service is all about. It is very hard to find in this industry a nail salon owner who genuinely cares about their customers; new or returning. You can't help but to come back knowing you'll always be treated right and they will do the right thing no matter what. Angle is my nail technician. Amazing and very creative. She knows what you want and will get it right from the first time. Highly recommended. read more

Stopped coming because they would change prices every time I came (which was at least every three weeks) and I should have known better than to give them another chance. I get it, COVID has everyone understaffed but make the appropriate arrangements to prepare... and for goodness sake give preference to those who there to make an appointment. I made an appointment for a pedi since I'm having surgery in the morning and will be laid up for awhile. The fairly new girl behind the desk said to go have a seat in a pedi chair and she would bring me colors and someone would be right with me. I watched two new people sit and start their pedis who I later learned did not have appointments before I got up 20 min later to ask. I ended up walking out after she told me she did not have a time to give me which I would be helped despite my 6 pm appointment. It's time to go to the place my friend recommended at the other end of the plaza by the McDonald's. Too bad after years of going to Daisys this is just the last time i will let them treat me like I'm just another sale for them. read more

I've been coming to Daisy's for abt 6 months and have been very happy with the service. I was skeptical to try it at first because of some bad reviews, but I haven't had any issues. I've used a couple of technicians and they've all done a great job. I'd recommend it for anyone looking for a nail salon. read more

These folks literally saved my poor nails! I went to another Yelp recommended nail salon (I won't name names) but they completed trashed my nails, made them so thin and weak and didn't properly apply the hard gel to strength so they broke every time I touched them or washed my hair or did anything. Daisy Nails' owners came to the rescue!!! They looked over my nails, consulted with one another and then went right to fixing them and it's like my nails were never destroyed! They are careful and considerate and so lovely! They're also great at nail designs! I had them put sunflowers on my nails and they're so perfect. 10/10 found my new nail place for sure! read more

I was in town for a few days and saw this place online. I got dip nails with French manicure and a pedicure with French manicure. My technician was so amazing. Not only did she do a great job on my nails and one of the best pedicures I've ever had. I wish she was in my area because she would most def be my regular nail technician. I'm so sorry I forgot her name, but she's petite and from Cuba. The facility is very clean & up to date and the massage chairs are very good quality! I highly recommend this nail salon. read more

I'm not sure if there was a change in management but... this place used to be good but now it's more about getting people out of the chair. I got my pedicure done by a lady that was on a phone call the whole time, cut me several times and applied the nail polish in a messy way. I came back a second time hoping things would be different and other lady was in such a rush that I now have an ingrown nail from how bad she cut my nails. Horrible place. read more

this is my first review that I've ever written in my life so I made an appointment for 5:30 typed in directions for Davie Nails, it was actually Daisy Nails, called and apologize for typing in the wrong business and they said no problem. Everything's OK. I was nine minutes away. when I got there, they said it will just be a little bit, she's finishing up somebody else's nails polishing, than she would take care of me no problem I have so much patience I own my own company, she's comes over and says the client that we have now before you *Now decided she wanted a pedicure so we have to provide her first,than me now it's 7-7:15 really then the girl that was to supposed to take care of me she said she needs to go home. I have never experienced such rudeness in my entire life. What is our world coming to? I got up after 2 1/2 hours waiting patiently to be waited on and said I'll just go somewhere else tomorrow! no sorry no nothing they didn't care! It was my friend talked so highly about them that she invited me there. I was totally shocked totally I will never ever go back there again. I went back to this location for a dip powder manicure. This was my first time trying one and as such, I wasn't aware of the process. I was getting them done for a wedding I was a bridesmaid in and upon showing my friends, they were stunned at the poor quality of the work. There was crusty residue around my cuticles that never came off and looked slightly yellow and gross. The technician rushed the process and made me feel slightly uncomfortable. I'm really sad about this experience because my previous one had been wonderful. Maybe it was an off day for the tech or maybe they're not very good at it. Either way, I'm not so sure I'll be back here again. read more

This is a great nail establishment. I've tried a couple of their techs who are good. Alison has become my go to. She's great at gel x. Takes her time and doesn't ever give off an attitude if you ask for a nail to be fixed. My biggest appreciation is the care and attention to detail that goes into each customer. I've had 1 or 2 minor concerns since choosing this place as my go-to, and between the owner, Daisy, and the techs, they do their best to rectify the matter fairly to ensure the customer's satisfaction. That speaks a lot to the ethics and integrity of the company. Because of this, since moving about an hour north of my previous residence, I've decided to make the drive every 4 weeks and continue giving Daisy's my business. Thank you! read more

I love this place and have been coming on and off for about 5 years. The only reason I stopped was because I moved, otherwise this place has always been good to me. I get acrylic gels and they hold in place. They're kind, organized and the place is clean. Best of all, they do a great job with kids. My 4 yr old daughter comes and gets a manicure and I've been bringing my niece here since she was 5. This is the only place in plantation that I recommend. read more

Honestly it was hard to give this 4 stars because at times they really deserve less for their serious disorganization!!! Also depending on who I get the work is sub par with the exception of Hanna, I love her and she literally is the only reason I come here. She is as kind as can be, super knowledgeable about nail design trends and her work is meticulous and beautiful. I find that I like the results best with her with acrylic and gel nail polish rather than when she does dip powder. When I want dip powder I go elsewhere cause she does not do it thin enough to my liking. read more

"DIP" NAIL CAME OFF (not customer related) - returned 3 days out. Obviously they had no issue replacing the dip nail that came off- realized I was being asked to pay for the one nail that came off, which I did but with asking about the norm of when this occurs. I realize there's lots of customers and they may not remember each one. For me, this works out as I can observe the difference in their minute to minute change in process and treatment of each customer- the color of money and or cards for form of payments don't change. But the decision and treatment may in some instances. Been a customer for sometime now- a little over a year. The work is decent just not steady or secure. Be prepared to pay for it- your fault or NOT. read more

My pedicure was great but my acrylic manicure not so much. The lady was in a rush and did a mediocre job. The nail polish is dull and has no luster. You can see all the lines from the buffer thru the polish. I'll go back for a pedicure but not for the fills read more

So excited to have found my official nail place! I found Daisy's through a referral and was excited to give it a shot. Not only was I happy with the way my nails came out, but I couldn't believe how short of a time it took Tee to do them! I was having trouble picking out a color so he helped me decide and I loved them. Now after returning a second time, I know the nice work wasn't a fluke. I'm beyond happy with how my nails turned out and the color options available. I would certainly recommend Daisy's and Tee as a nail tech. read more

Quickest pedicure ever. Didn't clean up cuticles, a real rush job. Start to finish 15 minutes for $25.00. I used to love this place but not anymore. I will never return. New favorite nail salon! I was looking to find a salon in the area where I wanted to workout and do groceries so my weekend plans were all in the same place. Daisy's is in the Lucky's Market plaza, which is a perfect location. The salon is very clean and they have a bunch of stations. In the front are all the manicure stations and then in the back they have the pedicure area. Make an appointment if you can! I went one Saturday when it opened and there was a line of people waiting at the door. I was lucky even without an appointment I got service quickly and only waited about 10mins. The manicurists are amazing. Such an attention to detail. I got a gel polish and they did three coats to make sure the color popped. They checked multiple times to make sure the lines are straight, no bubbles everything! Typically gel lasts two weeks and I was so happy mine lasted three weeks! They do such a great job! read more

I called in today around 2pm to see if they had space for a walk in, mani pedi and eyebrows, the women over the phone was very nice and was able to squeeze me in asap as long as I was close. As soon as I got there they were able to seat me and get started. Very clean and comfortable, I was with Ivy, and she was really good. You can tell she stayed focused the entire time and took her time to make sure it looked nice. I did not feel rushed at all and I really was due for a mani and pedi. I usually go to another place past 595 but they have been going downhill so I will probably make this my new spot. Thank you for getting me in so quickly! read more

Awesome Nail Salon! The owners Daisy and Son (husband and wife) are fantastic! Very welcoming and warm; making sure all their customers feel at home. The decor is lovely! It's very calming and zen-like inside. Everything is very clean!!!! The pedicures are completed with a new plastic liner replaced before every pedicure (I don't know about you but I personally love this!). All of the tools are new and opened right in front of you. There's a ton of colors to choose from and incase you want to try something different, ask Daisy for a design ... She's fantastic!!! The prices are great! I've been to many nail salons and personally I think it's difficult to find a good all-around salon. They're either too pricy or the service isn't that great. Daisy's Nail Salon is neither! I went to this salon for the first time today and was given a male technician who was super friendly. I asked for the dip powder with a slight coffin shape, exactly how my nails were when I arrived. I felt bad because he was nice, but it was truly one of the worst nail experiences I have ever had. Two of my fingers are cut and sore to the touch. The color was bubbly, uneven, all over my cuticles, and I can't even begin to explain the shape. I don't know how he allowed me to leave. I was on my lunch break so I couldn't go back in to have them fixed until after work. When I went back, Son was the one who fixed my nails. He did what he could with what he was given considering these were my natural nails and all 10 were different shapes. Unfortunately, this was my first and last time going to this salon. read more

Love, Love, LOVEE this place! I was looking for a place who could do this crazy Halloween design I had in mind and my friend recommended I try this place out. I brought in a couple of pictures of the designs I had in mind, we put some ideas together and we made it work!. The design, the shape, the length, the thickness, just everything came out great. He was also very patient with me. I got my pedicure done by another girl and I can genuinely say I have never had a BETTER pedicure done. I will seriously never get my pedicure done with anyone else but her. I went for a second time today with a different design and again I was very satisfied with the outcome. They even decided to take a picture to display it! Overall I have noticed that the owner has very high standards and expects his employees to provide nothing but the best service to customers. He also doesn't like for people to wait. He likes to get them accommodated immediately. Very sanitary, clean, and relaxing. They have an unlimited amount of colors and everyone is very welcoming! I always have a great experience when I'm here! I got my nails done by Chris, who is super funny and friendly. I got acrylics on my hands and a pedicure. I'm very happy with their work and brought a friend with me who was also very impressed with their work. The woman at the desk told me it would save time if I filled out the mandatory forms online and I should also arrive 15 minutes early. I came back for a 10:00 appointment a week later. The lobby was empty and it appeared that The NOW Massage had just opened. My masseuse, Anastasia, came out to introduce herself and to get to know me a little. The rooms are partitioned off by thick beige curtains and the sounds of waves crashing seemed to be playing throughout the facility. The table appeared sturdy and clean. There was a hanger for clothes and a box yo leave all other belongings in. I had chosen the hot stones as my "add-on" and I received a wonderful, relaxing, enjoyable full body massage. Anastasia was fantastic I and if I return in the near future; I will definitely request her again. Afterwards I was offered infused water while I left my tip for Anastasia. The staff did try to sell me a monthly massage membership; but I told them I wasn't interested at this time. They weren't really pushy; and I think a monthly massage membership sounds great; it's just not in my budget right now. I did give the card with the details to my husband and suggested it would be a perfect gift for me in the near future. I was very happy with my hour at The NOW Massage, and I know I'll be back again in the future.

Nancy was the person to welcome us when we arrived and she made sure we had everything we needed the entire day! She went above and beyond to make sure that we were enjoying ourselves. I cannot say enough nice things about her level of service, hospitality, and kindness. She truly made our day!

We booked the lowest-priced ritual package, which included a 60-minute massage (we upgraded to 90 minutes) and a 60-minute sauna session. The cost came to $288 before the tip, after applying a Spa Finder gift card. We tipped 20% for each masseuse, but the "Tippy" system they use for tipping added an annoying $1-2 service fee. It would be nice if they switched to a different system that didn't tack on this extra charge. The spa offers free parking, a delicious ginger shot upon arrival, Fiji water, and free locker access. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere was clean, calming, and peaceful. Our sauna session was scheduled for 6:30 PM, followed by our massage at 7:30 PM. The sauna room was spacious, and I managed to stay inside for the full hour, although my husband had to step out to cool off. The heated seats outside the sauna are a nice touch for those who can't handle the full heat. The only downside was that you couldn't play Netflix on the large TV in the sauna, so we ended up watching a movie on one of our phones. The hour flew by, and we wished we could have stayed longer. The TV does display a 10-minute warning timer, and we had to sign a form agreeing to be charged extra if we exceeded the time, so we made sure to leave with enough time to shower and put on our robes. The door to the sauna room didn't lock, which made us a bit nervous that someone might accidentally walk in. After the sauna, a male staff member was waiting outside for us and asked if we were ready for our massages. We quickly put our belongings in the locker, but when we were ready, he was nowhere to be found. We had to go to the front desk, and another staff member escorted us to the salt room, where we waited for about 10 minutes. We didn't pay extra for the salt room, and honestly, we were glad we didn't. It was relaxing, but neither of us felt any real benefit from it. Our massages started around 7:40 PM. The masseuses asked us which areas to focus on and then got right to work. The massages were incredible, with medium to deep pressure--exactly what we were hoping for. They targeted every area, even including our scalp and face, leaving us in a state of total zen. However, the massages were technically supposed to end at 9:10 PM, but when we checked the time afterward, it was only 8:55 PM. The spa does close at 9:00 PM, so we felt a bit shortchanged on our massage time, which was disappointing since we paid for the extra 30 minutes. Overall, I highly recommend the couples ritual at Gaia Spa. Despite a few minor issues, it was a relaxing and much-needed escape!

They also use the high end skin care products I use at home so that's a plus (I believe it's extra for them in the services). I have been going here since the grand opening & I refuse to go elsewhere. The atmosphere is the most relaxing & beautiful place to be. A family owned buisness the employees are humble, sweet & have great relationships with their clients. Everyone is such a hard worker, you're always greeted and sat with bottled water & the workers are fast and diligent. I have recommended so manny to this salon and everyone falls in love every time. My nails are healthy & i get the most out of each visit because my nails last & done to near perfection. Love love love this salon. Other than the occasional bloody cuticle from fast speed work I'm overall happy. I cone in every week sometimes twice. I do have a complaint however. If you park on the north side of the building next to Subway unfortunately the nasty employees and the owner open the side door and are smoking right on the sidewalk. Smoking is disgusting and secondhand smoke is very dangerous. If the employees are addicted to cigarettes so badly they should be instructed to walk down peters Road a couple hundred feet away from any other normal person. read more

I have been going here for over 2 years now and Giang has taken care of me since day ONE!!! She is a miracle worker! I am a super anxious person and tend to take my anxiety out on my nails, and every time I have a horrible week she comes in and SAVES THE DAY. Reception is extremely helpful when I have an idea but unsure of how to execute it.
