Service: we did not need any customer service on this trip, but when in line to check out, there was only 1 staff behind the counter while 3-4 customers were waiting in line. Wait was not long, so we didn't mind. It was a weekday afternoon, so not as busy as the weekend, not sure if that's why staffing was low, or some were happened to be on break at that time frame. Secondly, the gentleman who performed the POS was annoying and condescending. Kept trying to explain scents to me and how to use them when none of that information was asked for. Lastly, the quality of the bottles they have is piss poor. Purchased patchouli oil which was overpriced in comparison to those found on Amazon of likely better quality, and the glass bottle apparently broke. It was placed in my car on the car seat - never dropped the bag, never sat anything upon it, never banged it, and alas the glass broke. Called to see if I could exchange, the guy said yes. Come to the place and it is a hassle. Listen, it is literally a day and a half since I last purchased and he's talking about I'll charge you at half price or something. No. You have poor quality containers. I have had bottles of juice on the actual floor of my car roll around and BANG against the damn metal portion of the seat without exploding into pieces. Yet your glass that is seated on a cushion breaks inexplicably and I have to pay more for that? Nope. Also, the way you then make accusatory claims against my person was the wrong path to go. "You broke it." No the freak I didn't. And if you had good customer service, you might stay away from making accusatory claims because that only angers people and ensures you lose business. I would have come back to place for future purchases given the ease and experience of actually smelling things in person. But Amazon it is -- superior quality, more options, fast shipping, and oh yeah if there is a problem with packaging I can return for a full refund or exchange. Hell, even if I don't like the scent I can return it. Either way, Amazon. For a person who owns a brick and mortar store, you need to focus on the customer experience or you too will see your business fall to the wayside like every other retail place. ETA: wanted to also note that most essential oils that are high quality are kept in a darkened glass container for preservation. I'm pretty certain that the bottle was not REAL glass - probably plexiglass or some kind of acrylic - which could explain the fact that it broke so easily as well. All in all, I'd stay away. There's no ingredients listed on the bottles or way to verify what you're getting is high quality and/or organic. Only trust, and I have none of that based on my experience.

She was patient and calm despite everything, but you could tell it was taking its toll. Walgreens needs to do better about staffing. Beyond that, it wasn't a bad experience all things considered. We got all of our shots within a couple of minutes ultimately. But, as we had appointments of 3:30, 3:45, and 4:00, yet we didn't get out of there until close to 4:30, that was a bit of a chore. The customer service is usually spot on and everyone here is very helpful. The ladies here are more than willing and able to assist you with whatever you're looking for. I do wish they would update their system so they don't have to punch in every single sku number, instead of having a scanner to scan each sku. Seems much easier to me. Sally's is a bit on the pricey side, so make sure you get a Sally's Card to get coupons and check their weekly ads for discounted items.

Was not even in the area and I just happened to drop by here by accident. Small rocks, medium rocks, big rocks, BIGGER rocks, books, incense, oils, necklaces, rings, spiritual statues... they truly had a lot.
