I could write a book on how many times I've been double billed for a procedure, been charged for a procedure that I shouldn't have been charged for, and finally, an invoice I paid in their office back in April that I continue to receive every month. No one in their billing office can seem to make this problem go away and there's just no excuse for that. I had billing issues with them back in 2019 also. Please, please beware and scrutinize all charges on all invoices you receive from this facility.

I mentioned that they already did that at another doctor office and so he said to have them send her records. We paid a $30.00 copay, sat and waited for 30min for the doctor to look at her for two minutes with not the best attitude, he prescribed her the same acne treatment as before which didn't help. and he didn't bother to look at her nails. Kevin cut my fingers a few times while using the mechanical filer. When a finger started to bleed, he apologized but did not put the antiseptic on it like most places do. The color application was poorly done as you can see polish around my fingers. Also, upon inspection in the light, I noticed that the color was not put on evenly. There are also bubbles on a few nails. I paid $65 for the full set and pedicure. I gave the place an extra star because they were nice and they offered me a beverage, which I didn't accept. It seems that many people come here for Mia, who arrived about 1:00. She was very nice and apologized to those who were waiting. There was a sign posted for her that stated that she would be out July 10-24 so if you want to get her, you will have to wait.
