I like the variety of products available, including the costume jewelry. However, I have been to this store on two separate occasions and purchased small earrings in addition to large items, and both times, when I got home, the earrings were not in the bag. If the family store owners were ringing up my purchases with the small items included, they would never be issues. Unfortunately, I have only experienced this scenario with their outside-hired cashiers. There are cameras in the store, but I am sure the staff all know where they are strategically placed in position. SMH...... Also, the lead cashier, who wasn't a family member of this business, wanted me to walk behind the counter to view their cameras. However, it remained unclear; it looked like the receipt, not the item. I didn't ask the cashier to zoom in on the camera. So, I chalked it up as a loss for the second time as a mistake on my part. I will be more mindful to ensure no more repeats. I will check my bags before leaving the store to avoid further incidents. Nevertheless, the owners need to be cautious about who they hire. I don't usually tell people my secrets, but since y'all can clearly keep a secret, and we're all Yelp family (well, most of us) I thought I would share. This beauty supply store is jam packed with every little thing your heart desires for all of your beauty care needs. Everything from wigs and bundles, to nail polish and earrings, to hats and flip flops, to oil sheen and hair grease....name it, they have it. Friendly operated by employees that don't ever mind helping you find any item you're searching for and they always do it with a smile. Some of the prices can be a little on the steep side, but I rarely go to a beauty supply store that isn't costly. It's conveniently located and it has a wide selection of items. Everything is always neatly organized on the shelves/aisles and the shelves are always fully stocked. The Beauty House never fails me, that's why I'm a repeat customer. So now that my secret is out, stop through and see what they have to offer. You won't be disappointed. read more

Walked in and was greeted by a friendly smile and a warm hello....keep in mind it's cold as crap outside! This was one shopping experience that I thoroughly enjoyed!! I wasn't followed around or asked a million times if I was going to make a purchase. I was able to walk around the store uninterrupted, browse the aisles to see what this store had to offer. It was very clean, no clutter in the aisles and the shelves were neatly...yes neatly stocked! When I did need to ask a question, I was able to find someone who quickly answered my question and then allowed me to go back to my shopping. When it came time to checkout, the cashier was super pleasant and had a smile on her face. She made sure I had everything that I needed, which I did. This is a hidden gem and prayerfully their prices will remain reasonable. read more

I went in beauty house and found everything I needed for reasonable prices. The staff was very helpful and nice. They were not overbearing like other beauty supply stores. I will definitely be returning to buy all my merchandise from them!! read more

I have visited this store twice and both times the cashier was rude! I was never greeted or even acknowledged. She seemed irritated that we were in the store. I was about to buy a hat when she rudely sent me to another register to check out. I decided not to buy the hat at that moment and said I changed my mind. She watched me like a hawk to make sure I put the hat back in it's place. I do not plan on visiting this store again. read more

I called in to find out if they had 2 items in stock. The cashier told me I'd have to come in and find it myself. When I explained to her how inconvenienced I would be if I came in and they didn't have it, she had someone check for me. When I asked for pricing she responded, "Oh, that you will have to come in and check." yeah, no. I'll keep my money and order online. Talk about bad customer service. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. The people working at the cash register are very rude. They have no since of customer service. I am a black teen who went to get hair gel around the time they close. When I picked it up the price said $14.89 which is already overpriced for me but I just went ahead and proceed to check out. When I get to the counter and I see the price it says $15.89. I knew it wasn't right because it was tax free week and it would not have added up to a dollar. It was closing so I just let it go and did not say anything and left today I plan to confront them about it. When I go on YouTube and watch videos of these Korean store workers beating black people for stealing I see how bad they treat us seeing as how we give them our money. They take us for fools and they try to steal from us but they're quick to put their hands on us when we steal from them. They treat us as inferior and it is not ok. If you have any sense please do not shop here because it is obvious they don't want our business. read more
