I had my first laser before had 8 sessions in Hawaii and their laser was extremely painful this was 2015 but the hair grew back super fast and maybe my hair growth cycle was different then. The laser at flawless is truly FLAWLESS! It's an amazing laser it's not painful and it gets the job done. When I first went there I didn't even need the full package but they told me to do it just to make sure I get the full results which I did! I think you need 9 session or 10 depending on your hair growth cycle and type. I was on birth control so I had way more hair growing and they told me it could be the hormones. Well it's still went away! I got touch ups here and there maybe 3 times every 1 year. Right now it's been a full year and I have not been to the clinic to get laser it's hardly any hair just a little at the top. Enough to only get one treatment for the whole year. I have also tried their laser facials but I will say do this during the winter I think I did mine during the summer with no sunscreen. Do this in the winter with sunscreen but my facial turned out really beautiful on me I would def do that again. It is a bit far from me but they have amazing service extremely professional. The next day I woke up with a MAJOR infection. I couldn't walk and I was in pure agony. I went to urgent care and they said it was a huge infection from the pedicure and I had to go on an aggressive course of antibiotics. This salon is not clean or the nail artist did not take precaution to clean her tools. It's always everyone's nightmare to get a pedicure at a salon because you never know how clean they are especially when you're just starting out at a place. I'm 30 and I've been getting pedicures done every single month since I was 20 and I've never had this happen. Unfortunately, I will never return to this salon and I thought it was my due diligence to give them feedback but also warn others to be careful and ask for all tools to be cleaned in front of them.

On 02/26/26 she made her appointment for 2/20/26. When she arrived, she gave them her gift voucher, and they led her to a room and started her message. The actual message lasted 15 mins and she put stones on her back and let the room for 10 mins or so. Upon returning to the room, Maria wanted to start her facial. My wife told her that her message time was not up and Maria said yes, it is. That they changed the amount of time after her message was purchased and they would not honor the time purchased on our voucher. They are scamming people who use Groupon's PLEASE BEWARE!!

If you was so concerned about me maybe being late why not take a trip to the front and see if the client has arrived. So after this less then stellar introduction he tried to make small talk. He told me he did "deep tissue" which I informed is good because of my shoulders, legs especially knees, and feet were my main issues. So the massage started and John was making all these weird sounds and noises throughout the ENTIRE session, but didn't really do anything remotely close to a massage. I get a better massage at the nail salon! He never touched my feet...acted like he couldn't do anything with my knees which I've never heard a masseuse say that before. And his supposedly special shoulder "technique" he kept emphasizing wasn't more then some pulling on my shoulder that I could have went to a chiropractor to do better. I don't know where this guy went to school because the service was horrible. I couldn't even relax and sleep like I usually do because of all this grunting and pulling he was doing. Afterwards he just left the room and I never even seen him again. This is the first time I have ever had an experience like this before and I would hope the last. Just imagine if I would have paid full price I would have felt robbed out of my money for the unpleasant experience.
