The staff are very kind and knowledgeable and have the cutest designs for a reasonable price. The inside is also very clean and they sanitize the products between each client. My only complaint is that the last time I went in, I had asked for Gel X and they gave me acrylic(I don't think they have anyone who is gel x certified) and the nail tech took a bit too much off of my nail and gave me a ring of fire. I have been here a few times for gel pedicures and had decent experiences. Today, I came in and a lady started my pedicure, then stopped midway. I asked for tips be added on my big toes and she had another lady do them. This is not the first time that this has happened as not everyone knows how to do them so that was fine. However, the problem came after the tips were added. Instead of my original tech coming back to finish the pedicure she started, she went to start another pedicure for a man who came in after my pedicure has already been started; with no appointment requesting my nail tech specifically. Instead of making him wait until she was done with me, she started his pedicure while I sat they're waiting to be done. There was no communication to me at all whatsoever. Time for the mandatory pedicure. I'd never been to the Stafford area for nail care so thought I'd give it a try. I made a good choice. The salon was clean, organized and had plenty of technicians to deal with walk-ins. They are still taking protective measures for COVID 19 (thank you) partitions and request to wear masks on door. Layout was inviting. I chose the basic gel pedicure. My techs name was Eve and she had her work cut out for her! Not only am I ticklish but these claws had not had any attention for a month of Sundays! Thank goodness she was a real professional and her coworkers seem to mirror that same professionalism. if i could rate negative stars i most definitely would... i called before coming in & they said it was a 5-10 mins.. ended up more than an hour. i asked for a mani/pedi but then cancelled the pedi since the wait was so long... get to my mani which was a acrylic take off then a sns with design.. they said they cannot do what i've asked & tried to make me settle for what they offered. they wanted to do only two coats of a light neutral pink... knowing you could see thru the polish.. they told me i cant have more than two coats of polish... so i refused service & left.. i do not plan to ever return. i never had service from them before but some friends have & they tolerate their service. however, my hard earned money will NEVER support an establishment like this. i haaaaate to leave bad reviews since i am an fair person with always extending grace but this right here... was beyond me. read more

Never again! I was cut twice--badly, once on the ball of my foot and the other on my heel. The girl was sweet, but was too rough, which led to being cut. I can barely walk on my foot today, without horrible pain. Despite the bad cuts and bleeding, I wasn't even offered even an extra massage or anything to help rectify the situation. Disappointed got may nails done yesterday dip powder and they cracked and broke off on three nails. I went today to get it repaired and they said they were too busy can I come another day. I can't go to work with my nails like this not to mention for my nails and feet I spent they charged me 140 and I left a 20 tip I'm beyond pissed. My nails have been done less than 24 hours. I'm so glad my cousin introduced me to this place! Officially my new favorite nail salon in Stafford. The salon is very open and welcoming. Looking from the outside, you'd think that you're walking into a small location but once that door opens up, you're welcomed by a wide area with nail polish on the right and left wall, manicure tables in the front of the salon and massage and pedicure chairs in the back. This location also has private rooms in the back for their wax clients. Their massage chairs were very comfortable with the exception of the foot rest. It doesn't have a lot of cushion but i just asked my nail technician to lay down an extra towel. Lily Nails spa pedicure offers so much more than i imagined. They start you off with a mask for your legs which instantly you feel your pores open up. The scrub and the massage where wonderful and my nail technician hand the perfect amount of pressure. Right before she started working on my French polish, she brought over a complimentary paraffin filled plastic which she used for my heels (perfect touch). Next time i stop in, i'm going to get the added foot massage and sit on their oversized comfy purple chairs!! May even have to take a nap. read more

So I just moved here from the Bay Area and was looking for a good salon to go to, I'm very on top about my nails up keep. Walking in theees a white bored that shows an acrylic fill price as $19 and $28 for a regular pedicure which was a lot more than what I get done for in the bay for gel toes While getting my nails five I'm handed a different price menu than shown in the end I paid $70 dollars plus another $10 for their too since two people worked on me and my nails have already chipped broke and lifted and it's only been a WEEK I'm never going back, it's a waste and a scam. read more

Did not appreciate the experience at the shop today. I usually visit at least once a month for services. Nancy , I guess she's the owner approached me when I entered the shop and told me to have a seat in her chair. As soon as this lady came in for a fill in she immediately told me to move down to another chair without explanation. Now that I think about it now, I am not sure why I stayed there because that was the rudest and poorest customer service I have ever received. Nancy and her husband said to certain customers thank you and have a good day. Of course, I didn't get that when I left. I'm not sure how to assess this experience but since I'm African American it appeared to be very racist today. I will never visit this shop again even though I like the way the young lady does my nails. Nancy you need to learn better customer service. They did a terrible job. First I went in there and I had to wait an hour, then I told the lady not to cut down my nails which she did.I was very unhappy. And all around she just did a awful job on my acrylics: I asked for coffin shape and one side of my nail would be coffin and the other side was square, my nails were too short, the acrylic was lumpy and uneven. This place should be closed down. It's not updated and there pedicure bowl looks nasty the pedicure bowl I set in looks like it wasn't even clean the bowl next to me had black tape in it as if it was broken but the workers taped it up. I didn't even see the staff disinfect anything down they just kept sitting the customers down. Now the person that did my pedicure needs to be fired she didn't know what the hell she was doing. She was a Indian lady. She took way to long to start my pedicure she was not organized she didn't use cuticle cream and she didn't wash my feet with soap she put on a green scrub and didn't even do that right. She didn't cut my toenails right I had to tell her how to her messages was wack and just had the nerve to look at me and smiled as if she thought she was doing a good job. When it came down to her paining my toenails she couldn't even do that right. I had to keep telling her over and over the LED light wasn't even on smh. The Asian workers keep looking at the lady that was doing my toes and speaking in there language. They knew this women don't know what she is doing. I was so annoyed and frustrated.
