    I would give 100 stars if I could!…read more My wife inquired via email on a Sunday, we got a reply from Johana on Monday morning and Kayleen was able to schedule us at 4pm that same day with Dr. Rusnak! From email communication to front desk... and all around team work from start to finish! They have the same professional standards as I have for my business, so their professionalism and customer service definitely caught our attention.. but I was about to be pleasantly surprised... I've been with chronic pain for the past 22 years... Lower back pain got the best of me in the past 4 months.. My pain tolerance is pretty high, but I was desperate for any type of relief at this point.. When I tell you, I came in HURTING...that's an understatement... Dr. Rusnak did a consult and immediately got Patti (AMAZING massage therapist) on it! Patti gave a deep tissue massage to prep my body for Acupuncture and Cupping.. Dr. Rusnak took over and did what she does best! Her professionalism, knowledge and confidence in her craft was literally everything! I walked out of their clinic with pain RELIEF! My wife and I were HIGHLY impressed as they went above and beyond to help with my pain management.. This was my first time trying Acupuncture after everything else (Chiropractor, decompression, Platelet Rich Plasma/Stem cell injection, laser..) and I'm AMAZED by this holistic healing practice, I booked almost everyday I could this week! If you have any doubts, please reach out to Dr. Rusnak's team and give them a try I cannot rave enough about this place and I've only had 2 sessions. Mind you I've been told there is virtually nothing that can be done for tinnitus but it had gotten to the point of insanity. They said they could help I've been for three appoints and the tinnitus is not as loud as it was and I even gave short periods of relief. Dr Rusnak and her office manager Diane are both very nice My friend who sent me has horrible back pain and could barely walk before going to see her. He says the pain is not nearly as bad and I can tell he is walking better. His back is basically turning to Swiss cheese so I imagine he appreciates any relief

I hit save and submit and the system came up and I was able to see the appointment book. I am pretty sure thats breaking HIPPA. I was seen by Laura who was amazing. She didn't push any upgrades on me but did offer them and explain how they each work. I have in the past done the peppermint oil for headaches and my husband has done the CBD for pain. When my husband was paying for our services the front desk girl was overly pushy about becoming a member, I didn't like that. My husband saw Michaela, I believe, he said she was great and used the perfect pressure. I would go back to see Laura again. The lobby was clean, the massage table was warm, the music was calm. If the people aren't very careful and quiet you can hear them talk during your service.

The massage therapist was adequate, but definitely not above average. What I found completely unacceptable was being told at checkout that I was required to leave a $40 gratuity because I combined two massage packages together. I asked three separate times to see this policy in writing, and no one was able to provide it. If gratuity is mandatory, customers should be clearly informed before their appointment -- not surprised at checkout. Requiring a tip, especially without disclosing it in advance or being able to show the policy in writing, is inappropriate and not the level of customer service I expect from a business I have supported for over a decade.
