As a first-timer to Bluemercury, I had a wonderful experience! I have to give my sister a special "thank you" for introducing me to this brand of a beauty supply boutique. We were warmly welcomed and spent a great deal of time browsing all of the many products. If we needed knowledgeable assistance, it was readily available. The store was organized and despite being abuzz with customers, it did not feel crowded. We were able to sample products and test scents for colognes. I visited Bluemercury for the first time when visiting Orlando. I had been excited to go because I don't live near one. When I tell you that I was overjoyed, I mean the service and knowledge the ladies at this location provided were first class! I had a facial with Jaymme. She was so gentle and educated me about each product she applied to my face. Jaymme made my skin look and feel so hydrated and plump after a long travel day. In addition, Chantelle (sorry if I spelled it wrong) helped my husband when he was looking at fragrances even though he didn't end up buying one. Chantelle signed me up for the membership program and gave me lots of goodies to take home. I'm so excited to use the Sturm products Jaymme used on my face and look forward to buying more products directly from this store and get them shipped to Texas. read more

I absolutely LOVE this store. It has all the products I love, skinceuticals, Oribe etc. The staff is always helpful, I don't care for when sales reps from the companies are there as they only promote their line. Parking can be a challenge since it's on Park Ave, just gotta go early or later not mid-day unless you're making a day of the Ave. read more

Every time I go to This Blue Mercury there is a problem. I used to go look at products and the sales people wouldn't leave you a lone. I wanted to browse and they would literally stand right next to you watching you as though you were a thief. Today I went in to return an item. I had used a credit that they had given me and when I returned the item they would not give me the credit back. They even called the owner or manager of the store and she wouldn't even get on the phone and talk to you. Most stores will return a credit to you, I feel this is ridiculous and is stealing from you. Racial profilers and prejudice store! This review is not about the products offered at this salon, it's strictly about the not once but 3x that I was in this store and witnessed racial profiling and prejudice towards 2 well mannered, well dressed 25 year old women that came in to shop. I witnessed the paid employees look the 2 woman up and down and turn away . There were no other customers in the store and the employees sat with their backs to the potential customers for over 15 minutes at which point the 2 left the store. Thinking perhaps they were mistaken and reading into the employees behaviors they tried 2 more times to purchase their products with same reaction! SHAME on this store for allowing and perhaps condoning? this type of behavior towards any person of a different race, culture or religion!! read more

Lots of great, hard to find, upscale products! The staff is friendly and knowledgable and willing to help you find the perfect color or the best product that suits your needs. They have La Mer and beautiful, unique scented candles. They also have a great selection of make up and products for men and children. I will definitely be back! Love this place! I was in Orlando area and couldn't help to check this cute place out . Store esthetician with adorable dimples on both cheeks came up to me and offered her help. Her name is Suehally. I took my foundation off and she began the process. She used some amazing wipes, put primer and color correcting techniques. She applied foundation and my skin just transformed. I love make up and use it every day . I like to think I'm pretty good at doing make up and choosing the right colors but my foundation would never match my skin, unfortunately. She found my perfect color!!!!! I was amazed . She spent literally an hour to apply my make up and educate me on skin care and make up application. When u usually go to make up stores , stuff there seems so fake and annoyed , but this place not one of them. Suehally literally changed my life. I cannot believe that I finally have my foundation in a right color. She does many other services beside make up application. Facials and peels. Highly recommend it.
