I was taken back to one of the facial areas in the back and had a nice weighted blanket on top of me upon laying down to keep me cozy. I wanted to try their basic mini facial with no add ins. I loved their cleansers (they cleaned my face twice) and their mask. Everything smelled so nicely and while we were waiting for the mask to chill - I was treated to a little neck and shoulder massage. I had a 50 minute deep tissue massage and I wish I would have booked longer. It was sooooo relaxing! The table was heated, so that felt nice! I am 240lbs and 5'7 and fit on the table fine. I also had a 2x robe and it also fit perfectly! Definitely plus size friendly! After my massage I waited in the lobby area a little longer to enjoy my relaxation and then headed to the women's locker room to change. There is a shower if you prefer to not go home with lotion on you. When you go to leave, they will hold the door open for you and I feel like that is a very nice touch! I will absolutely be back!

I offered to leave them my credit card information as well as a copy of my drivers license so they could run it later when the issue had been resolved. I was told by the owner, Tim that my only option was to leave them my physical driver's license (which is illegal) and if I left he was going to call the police and report me for theft! Did I mention I have been a loyal customer there for over a decade?? Horrified at this horrendous treatment and under the severe duress of his threats, I paid cash and left. Not only is this horrific customer service with illegal business practices but it is even more disgusting after being a loyal customer for over a decade. Not sure if this was completely a clerical problem, or if they were just trying to get me to pay for a massage I had technically already paid for. It's happened 3 times now. I used to have the massage membership, but after finding out they were raising their prices and you can't carry over massages into the new year (that's ridiculous, if you ask me), I dropped it. Also, the therapists are somewhat bad at making sure you actually get a 1 hour massage. I wouldn't count on 1 hour of "hands-on" time, more like 40. Prices are still fairly reasonable, but if it weren't for Thomas, I probably wouldn't be back.
