This review is based solely on the person answering the phones on 08/06/25 at 11:55 AM. I needed to cancel my appointment. This person did not care to even speak to me. It was as if me calling her was bothering her. "Ok sounds good bye." No would you like to reschedule, etc. nothing. You literally are the face of the office and you speak to the patients like this. Update: Dr Kazemi, thank you for your response. I appreciate your professionalism, however, I wouldn't have posted something unless I felt a certain way. The conversation I had with your employee made me feel like my call was being dismissed. We can agree to disagree, but my call was not of importance to her whatsoever. My grandmother is visiting from out of country and due to her extensive health history she needed to follow up with a cardiologist while here. We are so glad to have found such an amazing physician who really takes the time to review the complete patient history, especially since we had records in Farsi and English for her to go through for a couple of years. She made sure to schedule my grandmother for the necessary tests and reviewed everything in detail once those were done. Her staff are also one of the best I've had experience with, they actually answer when you call and are very knowledgeable! Dr. Kazemi spent very little time. We were forced to see a different cardiologist. Kazemi's office was hot, and the wait was too long. The new cardiologist actually performed the EKG and came up with a very different conclusion. The new cardiologist explained during the EKG what was actually going on with the heart, and did not need to hire someone else to conduct the EKG which was extremely competent and comforting. I would not recommend Dr. Kazemi as SHE was a huge waste of time and your heart is much too serious! I even went out and got a third opinion from a 3rd cardiologist who confirmed the new cardiologist's diagnosis, totally dispelling Dr. Kazemi's cursory, worthless diagnosis. So I would say 2 of 3 cardiologists confirmed while Kazemi just sent me away saying I was fine when I was not!! I have read the other postings and agree she does not care about her patients either. The two new cardiologist were great and BOTH of the NEW ones have wonderful bedside manners as well! Just make sure if you see Kazemi, please get at least a second opinion as she screwed my diagnosis up royally! It is after all your life! read more

I refer lot of my patient to dr Kazemi. She has an excellent bed side manner and she is an integrative cardiologist. Lot of my patient do not like to be on statins or any other drugs. Dr Kazemi has an integrative way to treat their high cholesterol. I highly recommend her. read more

Absolutely the rudest doctor I have ever met. Very impersonal and the worst bedside manner. Does not know how to conversate or talk to her patients. I was forced to cancel several appointments back to. Back because I was dealing with family issues. She calls my home and speaks very rudely to my wife letting her know she was going to charge me big penalty for no show. She ripped me off for services she did not perform, she overcharged my insurance and when I did not pay her for something I did not owe her she sends me to collection agency and I get reported to credit bureau. She works. For hoag but is billing patients through her private practice a complete fraud. I am going to report.her to medical board and she needs to be taught a lesson. I can assure you that she very attentive to my concerns and explains in depth, answers to my questions. She's patient, very good at reaching out with suggestions to things I can be doing to increase my heart health as well as overall well-being. I too got a letter indicating she might not be my doctor; this is no fault of hers. In fact she talked to me directly about the insurance changes and reassured me I would NOT need to make a change. Had an appt with her at 0845 this morning. I live out in Temecula area and drive in for my appointments. Left at 6am which would have me arriving at 0800 on a normal day. Horrendous accident on the 91 had me arriving at 0855. After 3 hours on the road for this appointment they made me reschedule, turn around and drive back home another hour and a half for 10 measly minutes. Zero customer service. read more

I have been very pleased with the care and treatment I have been receiving from Dr. Kazemi. My EKG warranted further testing, so she scheduled: a blood test, an echo test, a stress echo test, and a follow-up appointment right away. I received a schedule sheet listing all the dates and times which made it easy to keep track of. The day before each test or appointment, I would receive a reminder phone call from the office. The office is very well organized, so the testing started promptly without waiting. They check with my insurance company, so the charges (co-pays) have been very clear. Often times, my insurance covered for the care received, so there were no out-of-pocket expenses. Dr. Kazemi is very caring and professional. Paris performed the echo and stress echo, and she, too, is very caring and professional. The office staff is also very efficient and courteous. read more

Dr. Kazemi was amazing! I was diagnosed as having a heart attack at 34 by a general practitioner. Dr. Kazemi ordered a stress echo and not only told me i had a healthy heart and that i had never had a heart attack but she was also able to explain to me how the misdiagnosis occurred which really helped put me at ease! She explained how the previous doctor may have misread my results and also explained the importance of my hearts actual location in relation to the test equipment and how a small mistake there could cause an incorrect reading. This woman truly is an expert in her field and i highly recommend her. read more

Dr. Kazemi is a dangerous cardiologist in my opinion. I had a severe, big heart attack 11 years ago, the medication I have been on to reduce or in my case remove my blockage worked; this was my former doctor's plan. Dr. Kazemi is unfamilar with the use of cholesterol medications to remove blockages where a stent cannot be used, and how successful this medication is especially with a patient that doesn't have high cholestrol. She told me I had never had a heart attack and to stop all medications immediately! I was shocked, I went to 2 other cardiologists and they wanted to report her. She is a quack. i have not stopped my medications but i am on lower dosages for prevenative measures. What kind of doctor negates past doctors findings let alone my history of having a very painful HEART ATTACK! Don't go to her! read more

It's very difficult to find a female cardiologist so I was excited to find Dr. Kazemi in Irvine, but this was the worst experience I've had with a cardiologist. Her office staff are all very unfriendly and incompetent. At one of my appointments I arrived, signed in, and sat around for about 20 minutes. This happens a lot at doctor offices b/c they get behind, so I wasn't necessarily annoyed. But at one point Dr. Kazemi walked down the hallway, caught my eye and then went to the receptionist to check what was going on. I guess the receptionist never "checked me in" so Kazemi didn't even know I was there! I was immediately taken to an exam room. Also, after I moved I had to get my old records emailed to me and it took 3-4 calls to get it figured out, and when I finally got the email it was blurry and crooked. How hard is it to copy records?? I also had to get an ECHO done and the tech that completed that was also not very friendly. Anyway - Dr. Kazemi herself is personable and seems knowledgeable enough, but didn't seem to take the time to listen to me as an individual patient. My condition is a very common congenital defect; every single doctor I have seen (both before and after Kazemi) have rated my condition as "mild" but she was the only one that rated it as the more severe "moderate". She also said I needed to come in every 6 months to check for heart failure - no other doctor has ever said that was necessary, just an appointment every 1-2 years to check in. This seems to echo what other reviewers have said that she is just trying to make extra money off her patients with fear-mongering and unnecessary tests. I'm sure there are plenty of other cardiologists in the area that are more professional than Dr. Kazemi. I have been seeing a cardiologist for 20 years, and I would not recommend her practice to anyone. read more

I was referred into Dr. Kazemi from my PCP, she was kind and very through, she checked everything and really had concern for my health. I really appreciate that being that the heart and renal system are extremely important and the medication can be dangerous if not taken correctly and if blood pressure and heart rate are not under control, Dr. Kazemi cares and made sure my medication were correct and that everything looked ok with my heart. Dr Kazemi checked everything to ensure there was nothing that was missing and I really appreciate this the last thing I want is a doctor that is just nice and doesn't make sure that everything is ok. I am very happy and thankful that I have Dr Kazemi as my cardiologist I know that if I have an issue I can bring it to her attention and I will be taken seriously and that things will not be missed. Worst cardiologist that only cares about money. She told my father that his arteries are clogged and that he is going to have a stroke any minute. Then she said that he had to be scheduled for a angio which she was not going to perform and that she was going to have another doctor do the procedure. It took weeks for her to supposedly figure out what they were going to do. So I finally called the office and she as a professional didn't have the proper manners to come on the phone to explain what is going on, instead her unprofessional office staff told me that she is trying to figure out something because her so called professor who she wanted him to do the angio was going to be on vacation and that they will call us back. I'm sorry, but when a doctor that doesn't have enough confident to a procedure on her own and wants to pass her patient on to her professor should show her ability as doctor. That stupid office never called us back and I called a few more times and was told that I will get a call back but never did. Then I decided to take him to a top notch cardiologist which I should have taken him there in the first place, and was told that my father does not need an angio and that his heart is ok, thank god. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE place to go. Wow! I'm so glad I found this office !!! I called around 1:30 because I was having chest pains and the receptionist (she's not there anymore) asked me if I could come now I was shocked because I had called several places and they had nothing for weeks. So of course I said sure and went straight to her office . The front desk receptionist was so nice and I felt like they really cared how I was feeling . They didn't ask me right away for my insurance information she asked me was I ok and if I needed water etc. once in the room the wait wasn't long and the doctor asked me questions but the main thing is she LISTENED( I talk a lot ..I mean look how long this review is) anyway she took the time to listen to my concerns and didn't push meds on me to take.
