In that procedure, a neurosurgeon had placed a lumbar screw against my iliac artery (right leg). I was warned that the misplaced screw would need revision surgery, with vascular surgeons on standby to intervene if complications arose. Fast forward to October 2024: fed up with my heavy, itchy, discolored, and achy legs, I finally decided to seek treatment for my diseased veins. Late one night, I began meticulously searching my health insurance provider directory for in-network vascular specialists, cross-referencing reviews to find a doctor who truly stood out. After reading a slew of poor reviews for the first ten specialists, I widened my search radius to 20 miles--and that's when I found Dr. Altuwaijri. From my very first visit, Dr. Altuwaijri demonstrated the kind of expertise, care, and professionalism I demand from my healthcare providers. I pay top dollar for my insurance and refuse to settle for anything less than exceptional care. While online reviews can be subjective, a truly great physician will consistently receive outstanding feedback that far outweighs any isolated negative comments. Dr. Altuwaijri has exceeded all my expectations, and I am deeply grateful for the outstanding results she has achieved. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking vascular treatment.
