My teeth feel fine. I have no bleeding no infection and this dentist told me I had pus under my gums and infection in my mouth. And this was at Richland Creek with Dr. Hall. So I switched to another Insurance to go back to Dr. Tutor to get a check up and told the office what had happened to me. Well learning lesson and be careful because this is a small town and everyone knows one another. They got the information about what had happened at Richland Creek and the dentist there referring me to periodontist for maintenance and deep cleaning. So NOT only have I been blacklisted for refusing to do a deep cleaning with one dentist in Dayton but NOW I have two that have blacklisted me by referring me to a periodontist! This deep cleaning is a racket and nothing but an upsale to make money!! How do I know? I'm in the Insurance Industry...it's not rocket science. Needless to say I don't have perfect teeth but my teeth are not rotting and falling out. I take very good care of my teeth knowing that I have certain issues but not the issues that Dr Hall and the Hygienist Brawley said that I had which was pus and infection in my mouth!! So I now I have been to 2 dentists without even getting a cleaning whatsoever on my teeth. I call this an unethical practice and don't go here!!

Mark McComie likes to commit insurance fraud, he charge me for fillings on my #8 & #9 tooth when all he did was actually polish my teeth when I first came to him. Then he filed claims with my insurance company saying he filled my #8 tooth when all he did was throw desensitizer on my tooth because he overfiled my #8 tooth when he was in the process of filling my #7 tooth. And when he filed it down too much he made it sensitive (I didn't know was as sensitive until the numbing wore off) I verified this with his assistant while I was there that day because I felt it. So I took pictures of it when I got to my car and also when I got home so that I can have evidence to prove to Mark that he actually did file over on my #8 tooth But when I came to him with this information after a couple of weeks he tried to claim he didn't do it and that he runs and "HONEST COMPANY" and then he said he would fix it, well he quickly threw some desensitizer on it very sloppy, it took him less than a minute but in the process of polishing my tooth he chipped my #8 but I didn't know he did it until about a week later. When I felt it I thought it was just excess agent left on the tooth, but what makes him so horrible is he knew he did it and didn't tell me. You have to be a real horrible dentist to know you damaged someone teeth and not say anything, unless you purposely damaged that person's tooth. I don't know if he's a racist or he don't care how he treats people. Your not a good Dentist if you have to deleted all negative reviews on Google to make yourself look good. We all need to report this scam artist to get him shut down.

Today I left work early and showed up 10 minutes before my 6 month cleaning and was told I would have to reschedule since I did not confirm my appointment. Cancelling an appointment I've had for 6 months because I did not click confirm on the single email that was sent out is unacceptable. I didn't open the email because the appointment was already on my calendar and I did not require a reminder. I understand no-shows cost you money, but transferring that cost to those of us who keep our appointments is not the answer. My family and I will not be returning. I would urge you to reconsider this policy.

I went in for a simple reline of my upper dentures. they set an appointment for 8:30 AM. I showed…read moreup around 8:15. I did was taken to the room at 9:15 or so. the dentist came in and took an impression. she was very kind. she asked if I could come back around 4:00 PM to pick up my dentures. I got back there at 3:45 PM. it was 4:30 before i was back in the room. the dentures did not fit.. they were looser then they were before. I don't know what happened, I think they mixed my set up with some one else's. but they don't fit either way. the relined dentures slide side to side. Dr. Julia, said they would make me a NEW denture, but I would have to come back the next day(another day lost from work with NO PAY). the next day i came in at 7:45 AM. i went into the room around 8:10. they took a new impression and ask me to return around 10:00AM for a trial fitting(wax). the wax set fit fine. they told me that i could pick up the finished denture at 2:00PM. I returned at 2:00. the NEW dentures did NOT fit correctly. (the dentures are very lose. they also are very thick. they measure .47"between the bottom of the tooth to the ridge where the gum-line is). she(Dr. Julia) said I just need to adjust to the new set, and it may take a couple of days. along with the NEW set not fitting correctly, they had burrs on the roof of the dentures and around the teeth there were large gaps(like cracks that should have been filled in). when i got home I had to break out the dremel tool and buff out the burr. and I also had to shave down around the teeth with the cracks. I did a ruff cut with a sanding drum and then hit the spots with a fine grit sand paper. after which I buffed out the spots with a cloth wheel and tooth paste. that took care of the burr and most of the cracks, but the denture still does not fit correctly. i ended up using a temp relining kit from Walmart. I will have to make an appointment with a DIFFERENT dentist and get a whole NEW denture made. it cost me $179 for the reline, 2 days work and now another $500 to $800 for a new denture. PLUS at least 1 more day lost from work.
