Now I understand the recent power outages in the area, but that shouldn't have an affect on getting propane delivery. I haven't had heat in my home for over a week. Now I gotta wait another week. Customer service had very broken English and could barely understand her. She asked if I was pleased with our conversation and I said no! Then she hung up on me. I assumed it was a dropped call, but they have my number on file and nobody has called me back. I'm gonna buy the largest tank possible and start filling it myself. My back can't lift anything heavy but I'm tired of dealing with little to no customer service when I'm paying for a service. It's currently $5.05 to have it delivered. I can easily take a tank down to the local station and have it filled for $3.89. Why so much more to have it delivered? Even when gasoline prices were at $7.21 for (87) delivery charges for propane were $4.29. Now with gasoline being $4.91 (87) it costs $5.05. That's price gouging. They know we need propane more often in the winter months so they Jack up the prices. I'm so fed up right now I can't clearly think straight because it's so damn cold in the house. I have waited for over a week and now I have to wait another week because someone is to incompetent to do a simple job.

I've never met ruder women working inside the office when it is open! I own 13 rentals in southern humboldt and amerigas used to serve them all. The first time I had a problem with them about 4 years when my tank had empty completely and I was under the impression I was sign up for auto refills and would be bill. So at this time when I had to call another office to get a hold of my main office to get someone to come fill up my tank they said it was gonna be a few weeks! At this time I had a new born baby I couldn't wait a few weeks I begged to the lady what could she do to get someone out in the next few days she said if you tip the driver he will come now! Like honestly how ridiculous. Let's go on, so two of my cottages tanks are right next to each other a entire winter they were billing my tenant double for her tank and the tank Next's to hers getting them confused. When she had caught on they never refunded her money! Let's go on to another tenant went out of country for 2 months and no one was staying at his house and yet he was still billed for using 50% of his tank. Hmmmm that is weird there are multiple other similar situations I could go on about but honestly it's just disturbing on how this company wants to steal from everyone well at least the redway office. So my husband and I finally decided to switch to blue star during the switch blue star notified us that 5 out of 10 tanks were leaking like WOW amerigas not doing your job! And now that the tanks are completely off my property which it took them 1 month to get them now they are charging my tenants a fee which in the beginning of us switching I was told it was going to be waved! But once again amerigas is thieves and they are just trying to get the last bit they they can! If I were you go to any other gas company cause you honestly don't want to deal with anyone from the redway office.
